“I have been buying these slippers for over 13 years. They wear well and are great for going out into the gsrden. I have tried on many slippers but none come up to the support that Nordika offer.”

“I had never heard of Shoon, I until I visited the store in Brighton, Chruchill Centre - I saw and loved many of the boots! Unfortunately, they did not have my size and I was going home the next day. There was a lovely man serving in the store 15/02/17, who advised me that I could buy them on line and get then delivered! I ordered them 16/02/17 and they arrived by 19/02/17 boy what service, both online and in store. I think you may have gained a dedicated customer in me!”

“Excellent customer service. My Romika boots were delivered quickly but unfortunately on first wearing I noticed the heel box cut into my ankle and then the plastic tag on the zip broke off. I called Shoon customer services who were very helpful and sent me a returns label. After inspection by Shoon I received a full refund. Their returns policy and this sort of customer service makes it a company it is a pleasure to use when buying online and I will happily return to buy from them.”

“Shoon's service is excellent. However, there need to be more photos of the shoes/boots from all angles (including the sole so you can gauge the width) to have a better chance of gauging whether the item will fit. As it is, Shoon must lose money if lots of people return items. Sadly, I return many more than I buy.”
