“I find dealing with Shoon so easy. Ordering items is simple,they always arrive well packaged and in the time slot described. Dealing with friendly,efficient staff is a great benefit and I love the fact that the items are individually inspected (the card a lovely,personal touch!)before being sent out. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them.”

“The best thing for me was the price. I already have a pair of these Gabor boots and fancied them in different colours. So two pairs for the price of one was exactly what I've been looking for. Great bargain!”

“I always have problems trying to find shoes as my feet are quite narrow. I have visited Shoon many times with no prospect of finding any shoes but finally found a pair of loafers and they are so comfortable plus they are fashionable. Please make some in narrow fittings.”

“Unfortunately. I am returning shoes as do not fit. Did have to phone for a return label, waiting for it to arrive, as my computer has virus and cannot print so including return label would have been more helpful.”

“I bought the Blousey Brown Calabar handbag it was beautiful, high quality and luxurious looking. After inspecting the bag thoroughly I noticed an odd mark on the back, an imperfection, not a variation in colour or texture but a mark were the bag was damaged it was small but would definitely develop and eventually ruin one side of handbag. I decided to return the bag instore and order a new one. The staff were rude regarding my return and I decided to reorder the item online myself at a later time because the instore staff members behaviour had made me uncomfortable. Since then the bag has sold out online and I'm pretty disappointed as I am now left bagless : ( ............ *cont. The online review team picked up my review. The team contacted me and set about sourcing the bag for me, they even sent me photo's to ensure there was no damage and that it was what I had expected. The review team worked really hard to amend the situation and I now have the bag and it is in perfect condition. Sometimes things get messed up but what counts is how we make up for it. Thank you to those who helped, it made a difference!! : )”
