“Wrong size and wrong colour. Pink instead of pewter. I take 39's and these would have fitted a 41. Bought another pair of fitflops at the same time from different source and they were perfect.”

“I went into my local Shoon shop for a specific pair of shoes. They did not have the size -or the inclination to see if they could get them from another branch - so I came home and ordered them on line. Quick, efficient and easy order, i am very pleased with them.”

“Very very good price for quality Orca shoes and with free postage and free returns made this a really great offer. I would not normally buy shoes online as getting the right fit is so important but with the free returns there was no risk. Excellent website and brilliant service from Shoon.”

“I ordered a pair of blue Barbour boatshoes online. They arrived in the wrong colour. I went to the store in St Albans to change them and was told that the shoes I'd ordered were completely out of stock. Far from providing a reasonable solution or seek to compensate what was clearly Shoon's mistake and meant my time being wasted, the staff claimed that it was the warehouse's fault and not theirs. Furthermore, they got annoyed when I suggested that from my point of view as a customer, they all represented the same trademark/store. Honestly, it felt like I was being expected to deem being a customer as some sort of privilege. I have never experienced this anywhere else. I finally took a refund, which meant another 20 minutes of my time wasted, and finally bought the shoes elsewhere. To date, the shoes are still being advertised on the website.”

“Lovely sandals but unfortunately there is a very big gap for the toes. Too big for me. Perhaps I should have ordered a smaller size. Will have to return.”

“Very disappointed that the shoes did not match in pattern, it looked like they were odd shoes This is the problem buying on line, in a shop I would have asked for a different pair,however I sent them back and asked them to find a matching pair,in the meantime they are now on Sale at Van Dal site for £30 cheaper should have got a refund and ordered from Van”
