“Great service from Shoon, delivery and email updates. I am glad I chose the 5.5 in the Strive shoe, they fit perfect, I am usually between a 5 and 5.5. It's great to wear a shoe which I do not need to put in my insoles which are from the Podiatrist, they have the support in the right places for my feet.”

“Lovely colour,. Strong but lightweight, with good ankle support. Perfect for long walks. Waterproof. I am size 4 and they are a perfect fit with everyday socks, if you wear walking socks, you might need a size larger.”

“I ordered a pair of Sofitinas in brown. I already have a pair in Black. I waited five days and when they hadn't arrived I phoned Customer Service who told me they had been despatched and if they hadn't arrived in a couple of days to phone back. When they hadn't I phoned again. This time the customer service assistant (Rosie) was more thorough. She told me the boots were due to be despatched from Newbury but hadn't left the store because they didn't have an address. I'm extremely surprised, frustrated and disappointed as I wanted these boots for a forthcoming holiday. As they haven't arrived in time I've had to cancel the order. I'm baffled that no-one had contacted me by phone to check my address. Surely the website wouldn't have allowed the order to be made if the required fields (and I would think a customer address would be one of them!) hadn't been completed. So, a huge waste of time and energy and nothing to show for it.”

“I recently ordered some boots in your sale. They were lovely. However despite a full side zip I could not get my foot in at all. This is more my fault than yours because the main reason is I have very high insteps and your boots arent the only make which gives me a problem. I like the designs of your boots and will keep on trying because who knows I may strike lucky one day. On the whole your shoes are ok.”

“Shopping at Shoon is a joy! Behind the online presence, so often faceless and focused only on retail profit, you will find people who know their products, take their work seriously, are are genuinely concerned for the customer - they make the whole experience pure pleasure. I bought two beautiful pairs of boots. They arrived promptly, perfectly packed, and there was even a little note from the person who'd dispatched them, wishing me pleasure in my new purchase! After-sales care was equally wonderful, and my query was immediately and helpfully responded to. Such warmth, courtesy and efficiency! I'll not be using any other outlet for my favourite brand from now on.”
