“I bought the Blousey Brown Calabar handbag it was beautiful, high quality and luxurious looking. After inspecting the bag thoroughly I noticed an odd mark on the back, an imperfection, not a variation in colour or texture but a mark were the bag was damaged it was small but would definitely develop and eventually ruin one side of handbag. I decided to return the bag instore and order a new one. The staff were rude regarding my return and I decided to reorder the item online myself at a later time because the instore staff members behaviour had made me uncomfortable. Since then the bag has sold out online and I'm pretty disappointed as I am now left bagless : ( ............ *cont. The online review team picked up my review. The team contacted me and set about sourcing the bag for me, they even sent me photo's to ensure there was no damage and that it was what I had expected. The review team worked really hard to amend the situation and I now have the bag and it is in perfect condition. Sometimes things get messed up but what counts is how we make up for it. Thank you to those who helped, it made a difference!! : )”
