“Is a good item that I have been waiting for long time to be able to purchase, however the price doesn’t justify enough the capabilities of the product. I have a fine hair and the product is not a good fit for me. On another note does not overheat my hair and leaves it smooth and soft rather that volume.”

“The product I ordered seems good and works well. I felt that the customer service was not that good. The messages I received weren't written very professionally and although I did receive the delivery in time for my daughter's birthday, you could have used this opportunity to create customer loyalty and I would have spread the word of how well you looked after me. As it was I was left with a feeling that I won't rush to use the site again.”

“The product was amazing- I love it. It is very moisturising and makes my hair so soft! Delivery was a bit slow- it arrived five days after the predicted delivery date. Other than that I definitely recommend. The product I bought was a lot cheaper on this website than other websites, so that was definitely a bonus!!!”
