“Best underwear I have ever worn. Period. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is customer service. The forum (live chat) is kind or worthless. Show customer service email support more prominently on the website. I had a small issue with my order and through the email support my issue was handled within hours. The live chat, nothing ever happened.”

“I received a three pack and a single of their terrific underwear. The 3 pack underwear came and were perfect. The single pair was wrong, it was mislabeled and had a hole in it. I sent a message and am waiting to hear back from them and what we are doing. I’ll let you know if I am satisfied. By the way..this has been the only problem I’ve ever had with them. I have 3 sets of underwear no problems with any of them.”

“I bought my first black trunk 3-pack and fell in love with the product....and then bought a 2nd black 3-pack. This week I decided to "splurge" and bought a 3-pack of the Red and also the Blue. I will not wear anything else...so comfortable!”

“I bought my first pair of the "Trunk" about 3-4 years ago. (3 per pkg.) And they did what they claimed...kept everything in place, and extremely soft to the touch! Having worn out those first pairs, I decided to order more! But I had a bit of trouble navigating their site. And the information I was looking for, how many came in each package, was no where in site. I went ahead and ordered them anyway, not knowing how many pieces came in a package. After telling myself that for the price, I better get 3 pair in one package. Dream on....I received my order yesterday, and was extremely disappointed when I opened the first pgk. and saw only one Trunk!!! I thought they had made a mistake, but after seeing one in each pkg.,I knew it was no mistake. So these underwear garments are my first expensive ( $20. per one) garment I have ever purchased! They are nice feeling, but at $20. per pair, I think not. And I'm sorry to say that this will be my last purchase with this company!!!”

“Very comfortable and good fit. Waist band is amazing, great fit. I also ordered bamboo sunglasses, but when opened the frame was cracked. Will try to exchange them, let’s see what happens. Will keep y’all posted.”

“So far so good. Haven't washed the pair yet but very comfortable and roomy in the junc area. I sized up so that the fit wouldn't be tight. Very soft material and was out-and-about in 92 degree humid temperature and the undies stayed dry. Happy so far. Delivery after ordering was well within expectations. Have been wearing the old "Tilleys" before and so far I like these better. However, the Tilleys have lasted over a decade...”

“My last purchase was for my grandson. The normal over the counter buy at the store for a size 25 waist is not a good fit for him. He needed a fit that wouldn't ride up plus have some extra room in the front for his privates. Others where way to tight a fit in front. He loved the TBo bodywear. So much I ordered him 3 more pair. His only complaint was that when you order your packet you get all the same color. Would like to see a mix of colors or be allowed to choose one's colors. BUT at least now he doesn't have the Rash from brand know over the counter briefs.”
