“I received my order and it’s all good but I ordered the wrong one. I wanted the smaller Brief style. Had to remove the tags from the inside because it was very uncomfortable”

“The products are great! I really like the fabric and styles. The customer service is horrible. I ordered a $100.00 order and received a confirmation but it has never shipped. I have send over 20 emails asking for a status update and received no response. I sent a request for a status update on their facebook page and they said someone has contacted me but that was a lie. I have not heard back from the company on this specific order. I have ordered since and received the product in a timely manner. The products are great, the service is the worst. I would rate the products 5 stars and the customer service ZERO stars.”

“Love the ballsy long boxer briefs. When I ordered them they were buy 2 get 1 free. This didn’t happen. I had a welcome back coupon for $10 off. I got the $10 off but paid $40 for the two pair that should have been free. I have sent several emails about this issue but no one has responded or credited me for the two free pair. Very disappointed in the customer service. Maybe if they read this review I might get a response. Customer service used to be great at TBO. something isn’t right in your customer Svc Dept. My order number is 206779TBO. HELP ME.”

“My husband received your pants for Christmas! They were size large, he’s six foot tall and thin! They were way too short! I ordered him another pair, they arrived yesterday and same problem! He’s never had a size large that was too short”

“Love the products! Best and most comfortable I have had! Replacing all my old underwear with TBO! Never had a problem ordering until lately! I wanted to take advantage of the sale but when I went to check out the website would not let me go to the next step to place my order. I had articles placed in my basket but when I went to advance to the next step it told me that my cart was empty! I tried again the next day with items in my cart but I could not advance when I pressed the continue button. So I gave up after several try’s. Since there is no contact telephone number I was not able to contact the order department for immediate assistance. Now that the sale is over, I suspect everything will work. Suggest that you have a customer service number that can be used for any inquiries or problems that need solved!”

“I am very dissatisfied. The product was never delivered. Customer service will not respond to my repeated inquiries. This was a gift which, makes it worse. The actual undies are ok but I will never do business w this company again.”
