I have been a customer for about five years now. #1 The quality of material of previous products were better than my recent purchase. This one felt like other brand's not as second skin like my previous purchases did. Though I do well down there, the latest purchase squished them together. A size up would be too loose. #2 Worse, customer service I received due to deceptive advertising made me believe that if I added one more product before making a payment that would eliminate the delivery charge. But the response was it was still considered two purchases, so I was still charged. Upon receiving my package all three items were there, well above minimum delivery charge and I was still forced to pay delivery fee. The two robes I bought were to be given as a gift to share the brand but now I’m having second thoughts. I’ll likely leave off the packaging and cut off the label if there was one inside. This experience doesn’t make me feel proud to be a TBO patron any longer.

I received my order and the color is wrong. They were suposed to be a new color blue called Sun Blue and they are the same color blue I have had for years, It was a 3 pack and it was on sale. Please direct this to the correct dept. Not happy Sonny Leeper

I will never purchase another product. I ordered the size of underwear I normally wear, but when I received them they fit way smaller and were very uncomfortable. I reached out to customer support and they refused to allow me to return the products for a refund or exchange. Make sure you select the correct the time you order, or you will be stuck with underwear you can’t wear.

Very slow shipping! 6 weeks to get my order and second time of shipping unacceptable of 3 months waiting time the last time I ordered I won’t order again from TBO!

Never received my items!!!!! The USPS tracking says it was delivered at 2:07 PM. My cameras show that he didn’t stop at my mailbox till 2:55pm. No packages were put into my mailbox. Please resend Immediately or refund my money.

only sent half of my order, haven't heard anything back from them after notifying them via email. which is a shame, i like their underwear otherwise.

I've been trying to return 3 pair of underwear that were wrong size. Either I made the mistake, or you did, but I just wanted to exchange for correct size. Now I want a full refund and cancel my subscription. Horrible customer service

I have ordered items twice that were in stock. But no they weren't. The last message said it was a pre sale. If it shows in stock it's not a pre sale.

Last month I submitted an order for your tights (xl-black) and 2 pair of thongs (xl). The tights were delivered but the package failed to include the thongs. I have emailed you several times but I've had no reply. Very shortly, I will be asking the credit card company to invalidate the order and credit my account.

My husband loves this underwear but I will never deal with this company again. Ever. I spent $113.25 CAD on 12 Nov 2023 to get 7 pairs of unique print underwear that were on sale for a Christmas gift. After asking several times over the following months they were "continuing to have delivery problems to Canada". After I finally asked for a refund in April 2024 they were suddenly able to send it. But they no longer had the underwear I ordered. So they sent me a couple standard 3 packs in the mail. I had to email again for my 7th pair. They finally arrived and it cost me $74.36 CAD on delivery despite my using a promo code for free delivery. They also put down that my order was worth $174.83 CAD so I had to pay extra customs.. So now I've paid almost double for underwear I didn't want and waited 5 months for delivery. What a terrible company with horrible customer service. They also had no interest in providing me any kind of compensation.

The most uncomfortable underwear ever designed. They are loose and saggy in the butt and yet somehow tight and cutting into the sides of my groin. I threw the underwear in the trash. It’s a victory of sorts as no underwear could ever be less comfortable. Literally, any other brand of underwear in the entire world would be better.

I did not get what I ordered and I keep getting the run around wanting pictures of what o received and why I got, and it's still not good enough. These are the only underwear I wear now, and I'm going to have to find something new.
