“Having just discovered this great product after talking with other friends and family members, it would seem that the product speaks for itself so let me speak for the company. In the short time I have had interaction with them all I can say is 'Wow" the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I rang late in the afternoon to sort out issues I was having creating an account online. The female staff member who answered my call made the whole process effortless. Not only did she organise and fix my issues through their IT department she then proceeded to complete my order over the phone saving me so much time I just didn't have that afternoon. “Delivery was fast and efficient. Training pants seem a little tight in the waist but fit ok elsewhere on my nearly 4 yr old grandson. Hope the waist improves with washing as I feel next size up would be too large.”

“The washable underwear for kids is good quality, fits well and I bought 2 of each colour and style. Easy to wash and dry and provides protection from small accidents. They are slim fitting and don't bulge under clothing as other brands with a thick pad sewn in do.”
