“Thank you for supplying me with a relatively obscure bourbon from the States - Makers Mark, a small batch Kentucky bourbon, which is superb and very distinctive. It also has a personal significance to me, so it was great to find it on your website. Delivery was fast, and not too expensive - certainly cheaper than shipping from the States myself ! “I recently purchased three of your special malt whiskies for my husband. They were as a special treat for Christmas, as he considers himself to be a developing "connoiseur" of malts! Unfortunately, he opened the parcel, and was delighted with the contents! I do not think they will remain unopened, or last until Christmas! The web site is exceptional and caters for the informed and the newbies. Your prices are very fair, and the method of communication, via updates, is fantastic. The delivery period is prompt and the packaging makes the whiskies very special. I would recommend you most highly, especially your special offers! I will DEFINITELY be using you in future. Professional, reliable and informative.!!”

“Good prices and quick delivery. Unfortunately one item was incorrect. This was offered to be exchanged for me but I opted to keep the different whisky instead. Would use shop4whisky again.”

“The service provided by shop 4 whisky was OK but unfortunately Parcel Force let them down. I was notified of despatch on the 18/10 but still no delivery and the last update on the parcel force website was delivered to depot on 21.10. No updates what so ever today so have no idea when the delivery will be made. Not very good considering that the order was now placed 1 week ago!”
