“I wasn't pleased that I had to pay for a line-item called "free exchange $3.08" to me this seems like a junk fee added to make your expensive product seem $3.08 less expensive. These are cheap tactics.”
“I have to say that with a doubt the customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time, most likely ever. I purchased a pair of Skyline pants way before Christmas as a presenet because they were on sale at the time. As it turns out the pants were a bit too tight for my brother, given that the return policy is 30 days, I was able to exchange them for differnet style at the pre-Christmas sale price. To me this is unheard of nowadays. Top it off I was not charged for shipping. To me, it says that the company is honest and truly cares about the customers, not just the bottom line. Thank you Shari for looking after me, it was a pleasure dealing with you.”
“Products seem to be very nice quality, though I haven’t been out to test them in foul weather yet. The sizing is confusing however. By the size chart numbers, it lists me as a small though I’m normally a medium pant. Recommend sizing up or trying on first.”

“I really like these gloves. I tried many cycling brands, and none of them insulate your hands, so you end up with cold wet hands. These do the trick down to about 49 degrees.”
“The socks are great! Not only are they water proof but my feet stay warm too. My mountain bike shoes are tight and ventilated so having water proof socks in the NW are vital.”
“I ordered a pair of your waterproof pants and a pair of waterproof socks, too, for my son. He absolutely loves both items and was amazed how dry he kept during a torrential rain 🌧 storm! The only thing he was missing were his waterproof boots which hadn't arrived yet when he went for his bike ride. But, because of the waterproof socks his feet stayed warm and cozy! “All my Showers Pass gear is of exceptional quality, very functional, and super versatile (bikes, skis, general outdoors, landscaping) - a couple jackets, rain pants, riding shorts, gloves, sox, etc. Just a couple nitpick issues - lack of availability on common sizes of popular items (good problem to have as a supplier). The new exchange program seems more problematic than before...more back and forth and some confusion. Now you pay an upfront charge for the ability to exchange (which is fair). But then I got an email saying I had to pay double on top of that when I requested a size exchange. I asked why? They cancelled it and said I shouldn't have received the extra charge. It worked out.”
