I was in the Porland store on November 20 where I made a size change on the pants and also bought club shoe covers for my shoes. Looking back, I received excellent and patient help (I range between L & XL sizes) when I was at the store and your personnel were sensitive to my price parameters. “I love my Showers Pass rain pants! They're easy on/off (great to be able to put them on without taking shoes off), very waterproof for Pacific Northwest conditions, not overly hot to wear, and seem to dry fast. I'm finally replacing them after 5 years or so, and it looks like the new ones will be just as good as the ones I've been wearing--at least, I hope so!”

“I purchased these pants in Feburary 2025. I wore them, with shorts, while commuting in a downpour for 45 minutes with temps in the upper 30's. The pants kept me dry and warm. I don't think I would wear these in warmer conditions in rain, temps above 60, as they seem to be a warmer rain pant than my previous rain pants were. I was very happy with the fit and the ability to cinch down the pants at the ankles so they did not get caught up in the front chain ring. I'm 6' and a svelt 195lbs and the extra large pants fit me perfect.”
“Great products and great customer service. I see you have a date code of made products but only you know how to read. I purchased two new jackets on sale but did not realize until I asked the date code on them that they are already 2 years old. Somehow I feel that this is a bit misleading especially if I have an issue like my first coat that I purchased. i thought the coat was a 5-6 yr old coat but when asked of me to give the code it was actually almost 10yr old. I purchased from a retailer for Shower Pass and not sure if they even knew the coats were that old. But I am so far happy other than that.

“I purchased cycling rain pants back in 2019 for the rare occasion when I am on a cycling trip and it rains.
I live in Los Angeles where is almost never rains and I certainly do not need to cycle on the rare occasion it does.
Hence, these cycling rain pants were in a drawer or in a trunk bag and never needed until last October 2024. Shockingly, they failed miserably and I was SOAKED.
My husband on the other hand, had the same brand of pant and was bone dry.
I had to purchase dry leggings to finish the ride
BUT when I returned to the States and called Showers Pass, i was told to send the pants back for evaluation. Then they proceded to tell me the failure was due to wearing and sweating in them and / or washing them too infrequently. This was DESPITE clearly describing that these pants had never been worn or washed before the disastrous ride in the rain.
VERY disabpointed by this lousy unfounded explanation.
Replacement would have been more appropriate.”
