“I secured an Elements bike riding jacket and Timberline pants from your internet site back on November 15. I was in the Porland store on November 20 where I made a size change on the pants and also bought club shoe covers for my shoes. Having ridden through the winter (I live near Tacoma, WA) I am so happy I made my purchases. Looking back, I received excellent and patient help (I range between L & XL sizes) when I was at the store and your personnel were sensitive to my price parameters. Best of all, I have stayed dry and comfortable on my daily recreational rides! Steven Thomas Graham, WA”
“I love my Showers Pass rain pants! They're easy on/off (great to be able to put them on without taking shoes off), very waterproof for Pacific Northwest conditions, not overly hot to wear, and seem to dry fast. I'm finally replacing them after 5 years or so, and it looks like the new ones will be just as good as the ones I've been wearing--at least, I hope so!”
“I lucked out and got a super deal. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and and had no problem with the return. I can't wait to back to add to my biking gear.”
“Great gear for daily bike commute at reasonable prices. Transit jacket kept me dry other than a little condensation through the Northern California storms this winter. Pants took a few tries but settled on the refuge pants which are working well. Friendly helpful service throughout the process.”
“I stumbled across a recommendation for Showers Pass in an online forum while seeking advice on replacing an old sailing jacket and ended up buying the Elements Night Ride jacket for use as an all-around rain jacket. Love it. The quality is top notch and the fit is perfect - close fitting, not baggy but allows full freedom of motion for cycling, hiking, or everyday wear. Highly recommend this product and company!”
“This was my first purchase with Showers Pass and they were excellent to deal with. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and they immediately contacted me, made a suggestion for a comprable item, and quickly got the order shipped out. I am very happy the the products and the customer service that I received.”
“Order process from Canada was outstanding - Cdn $ pricing on website and use of Fedex for delivery. Received order in less than four (business) days.”
“I purchased these pants in Feburary 2025. I wore them, with shorts, while commuting in a downpour for 45 minutes with temps in the upper 30's. The pants kept me dry and warm. I don't think I would wear these in warmer conditions in rain, temps above 60, as they seem to be a warmer rain pant than my previous rain pants were. I was very happy with the fit and the ability to cinch down the pants at the ankles so they did not get caught up in the front chain ring. I'm 6' and a svelt 195lbs and the extra large pants fit me perfect.”
“Great products and great customer service. I see you have a date code of made products but only you know how to read. I purchased two new jackets on sale but did not realize until I asked the date code on them that they are already 2 years old. Somehow I feel that this is a bit misleading especially if I have an issue like my first coat that I purchased. i thought the coat was a 5-6 yr old coat but when asked of me to give the code it was actually almost 10yr old. I purchased from a retailer for Shower Pass and not sure if they even knew the coats were that old. But I am so far happy other than that.

“Return customer. Have been happy with everything I’ve purchased fm showers pass. First time riding through cold months & made excellent glove & jacket upgrades to get me through. Also nice to support a local pnw company.”
“Most recently, I've ordered two wind jackets, light weight and waterproof. I live in Southern California so testing the waterproofness is unpredictable - we don't get much rain here and my club bike rides are usually cancelled if it's raining. BUT I've worn each of them (same jackets but different colors) now and find them a useful layer when it's not too cold and not warm enough. It's useful because it can be shed quickly when the weather warms enough to not need the extra layer. And it's lightweight enough to stuff in a pocket or handlebar bag. These jackets come with a small bag in which to stuff the jacket.”
“I recently bought a bicycling rain jacket from Showers Pass. It came in a small box, zipped inside a reusable, large, sturdy zip-locking bag. THAT WAS IT FOR PACKAGING! Somebody gets it! 😃
The jacket is sturdy and keeping me dry in a rainy month where I'm riding to and from work daily, as well as on errands. I am very happy with my Showers Pass purchase!”
“I enjoy my Showers Pass jacket, it is my 3rd jacket. The prior 2 finally fell apart perhaps to the glue that no longer held the seams together. The sale price of $89 was awesome. It is a perfect product for my cycling in the SF bay area especially in the winter where it rains and the warmth of the jacket is perfect with a couple of underneath layers. I used to cycle in the rain in Oregon and that jacket was the go to for breathability but still would keep me dry. So now I wear it more for warmth as mentioned above.”
