“Ordered Sketchers shoes for work. The wrong size was sent. Returned and requested a refund. Received at their company 4/1/24, processed on 9/1/24. Still awaiting refund on 23/1/24, despite emails to enquire why the refund is so slow. Definitely won’t use again. Slow and inefficient service even after the size error on their part.”

“Was very disappointed with my order they are very small sizing, I ordered a size 6 as I’m usually 5-6 these were ridiculously small, more like a 3”

“Really impressed with Shuperb. Originally bought my boots from them via ebay ..but had to return them as should have got a half size down. Return was easy, and money back in within days. Then ordered correct size via website ..delivery was super quick and I couldn’t be happier wity the boots!”
