On 11th April I was obliged too return 4 pairs of shoes because they were not fit in size being not wide enough. I returned them by Royal Mail who would not accept them for free and was obliged to pay £11.60 (I have receipt). To date I have not yet received a refund for the returned items. I look forward to your early response by e-mail from your Senior management Yours unhappily Frank Knight F.R.I.C.S.

I found the website made misleading statements. For instance it states 'dispatch within 24 hours', but fails to explain that is only if you opt for express delivery. Also, I ordered 2 different pairs of slippers, both of which were 'in stock' according to the website, but when I queried where my order was, I was told the slippers arrived with House of Slippers from the supplier 48 hours after i placed the order. It took a week to receive the slippers which is not what I was expecting, and therefore I was disappointed.

Slippers were excellent but the extra charge for express delivery of 1 to 2 days is not worth paying for as they then take over 3 days to arrive. Still waiting for customer service to get back to me on this.

The boots are nice and came pretty quickly. Apparently they are English 9 which equals US 10 the length was fine but the with was extremely thin I really can't even get my foot in them seem more like a woman's boots I tried to return them but the company wanted me to pay the expenses of all the shipping I found this very unfair since they did not fit when someone orders boots from another country there are problems because the return shipping will not make it worth sending back now I will have to resell these on eBay also when I first noticed this problem when I got the boots they did not answer my letter until the last possible day so I was really held up communication was terrible

I thought it was quite poor that in order to be refunded for the shoes I bought (Dunlop Green Flash trainers) I had to fork out for the returns delivery. It cost me £4.00. That's almost 1/5 of the cost of the trainers and if I had been informed that there is no free returns label before buying them, I wouldn't have. It's misleading and quite cheeky. I won't be shopping with Shuperb again because of this order, you have to have the option to return or exchange your items just in case you don't like them - that's an absolute must with Online Shopping.

This is my 2nd pair & the first had to be thrown away after a month because the sole came away at the front , I thought this may be a one off & because I found the slippers comfortable I ordered a second pair. Unfortunately the same has happened again the sole is coming away from the front of the slipper but this time I have stuck them down with gorilla glue. I won't buy another pair because there are health & safety issues when slippers in terms of defect slippers & accidents.

The codes advertised did not work. Contacted customer services, who said they would sort (adding free item). They did not as too slow at reading order information. You have to pay for returns. I wanted an exchange rather than a refund. Back and too with emails - (3 + weeks later) they gave me a refund and said place the order again. Surprisingly I went elsewhere!

Only been wearing these slippers for 3 weeks and the sole is coming away from the uppers. Quite dissapointed as i bought 2 pairs.

My order was delivered on time, however the shoes didn't fit properly so I decided to return them. After I had sent them back, I received an email stating that because I had taped the return label to the box (because how else I am meant to attach the return address label), they claimed that I had damaged the box, despite the box already having a number of dents in it when it arrived to me. So because I had supposedly damaged the box, they took away 20% of my refund fee, on top of the £3.50 they is already taken off the refund amount. So I paid £30 for the shoes, and am receiving £20.50 back. No chance I am going to shop with them again, which is a shame as they 4 or 5 pairs of shoes I really wanted.

Sent the wrong Colour Boots, Then it was going to cost me to send them back, so just kept the wrong Boots, This was the first and last time i would purchase from this company as i have lost trust in them.

Despite querying product description with them before purchase wrongly advertised item was sent. Thereafter an exchange of e-mails took place regarding return and refund. Some time after a refund had been promised, when queried, I was informed I had to request a return for the item they already had back in their possession. Either they do not read their correspondence or they choose to ignore it.

Shoes not as described- Described as wide fitting- Not so. Had to purchase a shoe width expander to deal with this problem- all ok now. Good quality shoes. When I phoned suppliers to explain my problems with shoes- the staff member hung up phone before end of conversation. There was no reason whatsoever for male staff member to do this. Disappointed- would not deal with this supplier again.

On the phone we were promised one free return if the shoes did not suit. That turned out to be if you wanted an exchange and not a return. The lady's shoes were very narrow. I tend to always fit in a 5/38, but I could not get into them. Unfortunately there is no free pick up by Hermes or other similar firms from a central point and the shoes had to go sent from the Post Office. £3.50 was deducted from my refund. I think the company should arrange for a cheaper method of return.

The size 7 I ordered were more like a 9 I could fit 3 fingers down the back when I tried them on . I have returned them and not reordered as I had to pay postage to return them .Also not sure what size to order to fit my normal size 7 foot !
