“Placed order for two pairs of shoes had email saying order received, heard nothing for over a week so emailed them and got reply :- Sorry for the slight delay in dispatching your order. We are temporarily out of stock in the Carnaby style, the last pair we had in stock was damaged and we were unhappy with sending these out for you. We have ordered a replacement pair for you which we should be getting early next week. Amost 3 weeks since order placed still no shoes or contact from them, not impressed at all. Received today 20 days from order. Impressed with email to say they would be delivered today and pleased with goods.”

“Bought the Paolo Vandini VEER XII boots, nice boots however the inside wasn't as shown in the picture (snakeskin inside design) so was quite disappointed about this, rang up and was told the pictures were not updated and was given £5 discount, was disappointed as the picture was a major influence in my decision”

“Boots, great! Just what I wanted. However delivery was slow. Royal Mail (RM) are not the company to deliver your product effectively. Try City Sprint or DPD. Could never get RM to deliver when we were in. Had to collect from sorting office, had to que up too long etc.”

Hi Michael, Thanks for the review, glad to hear the boots are what you wanted. We can only apologise for the problem you had with the Royal Mail delivery. Usually if you have delivery instructions the driver will act upon them e.g. Leave with neighbour but sometimes this cannot be done or the driver does not see the note meaning that unfortunately you may have to queue at the depot.

“the shoes came promptly - well wrapped. quality as expected, soles of the shoes are rather stiff at present. hope they will soften up a bit with wear.”

“I purchased a pair of Dunlop Green Flash Trainers. I already have a pair but a different colour. I chose the same size but the trainers that came were the correct size but for some reason a bigger fit. No fault of Shuperb but I'll have to pay postage if I want to replace them. This is the reason why i have reservations buying shoes/clothes online- to make sure they fit correctly you need to try them on! I understand returning the trainers and sending a replacement will be quite costly, but fear of risking the wrong size again, i'll be buying from a shop.”

“The product I bought is as expected. Shipping is very high. Though I tried to request for a cheaper shipping mode, my request was not considered at all. I also requested that the item be shipped as a gift with a lower price mentioned, but I was categorically refused and the result was that I had to pay USD10/- approx. to the customs when the item arrived. Of note all other items I have purchased- expensive watches, shoes, car kits, camera, etc - when I have requested the seller to mention as gift, all of them without exception have shipped my items as gift. So you are the first one who has not. So I would have been more happy if I had the above flexibility. This would have helped me save a lot on shipping costs and no customs duty at all !!! I really hope this feedback is not meant for nothing, and my comments will be considered. Regards Mitra”

“Excellent delivery times and a good quality product. However, the box the boots arrived was extremely battered and part of the outer coating had been torn away. The damage was not caused in transit. This was disappointing because the boots were for a gift and couldn't be given in their box. Would use again but not if I was ordering for a present.”

“it is dificult buying shoes or boots online due to size issues. colour, sometimes dont suit ,only drawback is having to pay postage twice so out of pocket by,£8.50..would i do it again from this company? no. i order goods from next.and its free returns..”

“I will say that the ordering was quite straight forward. And the packaging was very good.If I have one thing that I was not too impressed with, And that was time it took to forward the package to me seeing that I paid for a first class delivery....I hope that this can be addressed in the future...And I would appreciate it if you kept my details on your system for further orders.....I was pleased with with the contents/shoes that I ordered from you. “Whilst the shoes were good quality they were not as described on the website. The website said the shoes had leather uppers lining and soles, they did not have leather soles!”

“I purchasted two prs but found one pr somwhat tighter than the other I had worn the tight one to try and stretch it but it is still tight. I would return it but i cant now i have scuffed the soles.not really satisfied. SORRY. But nice looking shoes”
