“After I made a mistake placing an order I tried to cancel it but was told it had been despatched, and I'd have to make arrangements to return it once it had been delivered. Fair enough, but when I emailed Shuperb to say it had arrived, and to ask for a return label, I didnt even get a reply.”

“The slippers were not glued together properly i.e.at the toe of both slippers the upper part was not stuck to the soleto the sole. As these were for an elderly and disabled person, this was disappointing.”

“The service has been quite poor as I have received the wrong size. It was clearly stated 42 the size I wanted and I received 41 as it can be clearly seen in the photo. The despatch note also reported 42 but at the end it's a 41. As I was going on holiday I decided to use them anyway but they hurt me the feet. I have photos showing this.”

Hi I believe you may have your reviews mixed up. I can see you ordered a pair from us but you returned it for a refund and it was size 42. Also the invoice in your picture is not a Shuperb invoice. “Twice ordered a women's size 5 so big my husband kept first pair he's a size 9 ordered again women's size UK 5 same pair came again m6 w8 miles too big will fit my husband he's a size 9”

“I had to return the shoes as they weren't a good fit. It took an excessive amount of time for the refund to be processed in comparison to other companies and the response times to emails was also poor (in comparison).”

“I ordered shoes from their ebay shop at the weekend The minute I got the ebay receipt I realised I had ordered super wide . I tried to ring them but closed so sent an immediate cancellation message through ebay. As I received no reply by lunch the first working day I rang to be told they had despatched the order and it could not be cancelled. I asked what the point of having a cancellation system was if they did not check it and they said there were too many to check. To add insult to injury they said I would have to pay return postage. The ebay add was misleading as It read that the shoes were "Super wide shoes" I just took it to mean that they were excellent wide shoes . Not impressed”

“Asked for a quote for a trade a price on 33 pairs of wellies. They took a week to get back to me, which in that time another company had already replied and we decided to go with them instead of Shuperb. i did have to buy a further 4 wellies which we decided to buy from shuperb due to the wide calf factor. i had ordered 2 x size 8's a size 11 and a size 14. i had an email to say my order had been shipped but then i got a confusing email from Customer services to say the 14 is OOS so i said a size 13 would work (i could see there was some in stock) because no one had picked up my email to say size 13 would be OK, that particular pair of wellies went out on someone else's order. stock replenishment wasn't going to happen until September. so i then had to go else where to get another pair of wellies. it turned out to be more hassle than what the wellies were worth as they were uncomfortable and rubbed in places.”

“Put the box together, lid does not close properly and does not cover the corners so water could get inside,for the money I expected better quality as I could have gone one a lot cheaper, plus it took longer than it said”
