The size 14 shoes were closer to an 11.

Sadly had to send these back as I had ordered grey, but when the boots arrived they were black.

The Gabor LOURDES Ladies Chelsea Boots are classed as Grey by the manufacturer, we only stock this pair in Cognac or Grey, our product catalogue does not have Black. I bought doc martens and had to send them back because they were too tight and couldn’t stretch them. So it was with trepidation that I bought these instead. They are lovely to look at and fit very comfortably. I am looking and buying some more in a different colour. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Great price boots and love them but fit wasn’t right for me. Feel a little stung on the postage plus paying for a return label. My boots took a long time to be registered as returned after 2 weeks and Shuperb saying I need a tracking number which isn’t issues with return label 🤦🏻‍♀️all needed well with a refund but took longer than I’d hoped

Purchased these as they were advertised as wide fit. Unfortunately they were not wide fit and had to return. I have not had confirmation of receipt of return nor a refund.

I ordered a pair of school shoes for my granddaughter on 18th Dec. Shoes arrived soon after but found a random pair of patent shoes in the box...expected GEOX PLIE girls leather brogue school shoes. After a few emails the shoes were returned (postage paid by Shuperb) for replacement. Shuperb emailed on the 19th Jan (two weeks after posting) to say the shoes had been received...I was worried that they were lost. Still waiting for them to say the replacement shoes are on their way to us. If the box had been checked in December before despatch - then we'd have the correct shoes and not such a l-o-n-g wait for much needed school shoes.
