Shoes that arrived were very poor quality, bad stitching and pin holes in shoes badly punched. Contacted Customer Services and Had a no quibble refund. Would purchase again but would hope the quality is better!!

The shoes are great - Birkenstocks so you know what you're getting! BUT I ordered a size 6/39 and a size 36 turned up! Good that returns are free & the right size did turn up a few days later - so happy in the end!

Ordered 2 pairs of Black desert boots but the actual colour was at best Charcoal. A totally different colour to the advertised Black.

received the trainers, just the colour i wanted, nice and comfortable. but didnt notice at the back of the trainer. there were three rows of material, and on the other trainer four rows. instantly you realised they were odd, but having said that, when my trousers hung over them slightly you couldnt see the fault.

I've usually been pleased with the service from Shuperb but this time I ordered a size 39 and received a 38, they are a little tight but hoping they will give a bit.

The shoes were of excellent quality but sadly I had to return them because of the narrow width. Waiting for refund. However I would definitely consider buying from Shuperb again.

boots were nice, then wore them twice and the material started to peel off, sent back. and when ordering when u go to pay they add on vat.....

Euroleathers Mens Hennesy Two Way Shoe Stretcher - bought the large size expecting it to fit but no. Needed the medium size. They supply a size chart but that does not show which sizes each of the shoe stretchers fit into. The shoe stretchers are fine. The assistance on the web site is poor.

Ive currently put the review as normal as i haven't received the boots i ordered yet. I was given up to a 4 week wait as they were out of stock, but the money was taken out of my account when i placed the order. Slightly annoying as i have since found the boots in stock elswhere but cant buy. However, they did inform me prior to purchase that it would be up to a 4 week wait so i will update the review when the boots arrive.

Have used Shuperb before and been happy with product and price. However, I do not like the returns policy. Asking for a fiver in the box in order to use the returns label is not on. Used cheaper Royal mail option. Not refunded the original postage on returned item. So I'm about £7 down. So maybe you can say it's my fault for choosing something that didn't look as good in the flesh and why should Shuperb foot the bill? Goodwill - that's why. Afraid I won't be using them again.

I had to chase for my order as to when they would ideally be picked and delivered as I received no information on this on my email confirmation upon purchasing. When I telephoned Shuberp I was informed that they had closed for Xmas hence the delay in any email and delivery confirmations and I was told that it was the first week they had come back to the office. In addition to the above my confirmation order email did not give me a customer service telephone number to contact so I had to search this online and find a telephone number to track my order. I paid through PayPal and it was very confusing that a different company name came up when my payment confirmation was confirmed, which worried me slightly thinking it may not be a genuine site. When the boots finally arrived all was normal however the boots did not have the DR Marten print on them on the top part of the boot imprinted on the leather as they were displayed in the picture online. Because the display item online looked the way it did that it was my daughter ordered them from your company thinking that this is what they would like when they arrived otherwise she would have ordered them from somewhere else. She was disappointed when the boots arrived that it did not show the DR Marten imprint at the top of the leather boot.

Website was good to work around, I was quoted delivery on 2nd January ( I appreciate a bad time to order) but did not arrive until 7th Jan and I needed them for school so they have been returned. Also expensive on delivery and return

Great customer service when phoned about some boots I ordered to be collected from Argos. After Argos returned them to the store without notifying me(or letting me know they only keep items for 7 days) a phonecall sorted out a new pair which were delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately I still have not received my refund which was promised by yesterday after the returned boots had been received by the store. Disappointed!
