I ordered taupe sandals. I received sandals that were much darker than the website image. I returned the sandals for refund on 4/7. It is now 12/7 & I will not receive my refund until 15/7, which whilst acceptable is far from ideal.

Shoes rather dissappointing in quality. Looked far better in the pictures on site than in reality.Tended to look cheap when on - regret buying them. Have now worn them for a few times and comfortable enough for no socks on. Will probably use them over the summer to justify their cost and then likely to give them away to a charity.

Placed an order on the 5th of May and confirmation of despatch on the 8th of May. Chased yesterday the 20th of May as not received and was told they were still in the warehouse and a slightly different design to that ordered. Was helpful and apologetic and said will get that pair sent. Will wait to see what and when arrives!

Ordered my goods end if April and ax of today's date which is 14/05/2015 still do not have my order, when I phoned shuperb And spoke to there customer service dept I was told to call back on Monday. Do definitely not a good way to shop with thus company

Very confusing advert for desert boots (free scotchgaurd free delivery)boots arrived no scotchgaurd delivery was shown on the web site as a discount on the product price!confusing if you wanted to complain and return you have to pay £5.00 for something that is not your error.Buyer beware!

I ordered the "Valentino Cuban heeled boots by Paco Milan. I Had to chase the order. Very slow delivery; it was a week before they w ere dispatched. At 110 GBP, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product . Very flimsy construction and a narrow fit. Doubt if they will last for any reasonable time. Only good for carpeted surfaces, and dry weather conditions.

These boots looked lovely when I ordered them and when they arrived however the fit was not very good to the point they were so narrow and low fitting I had to try and push my feet in, eventually succeeded but they were so uncomfortable and material was unforgiving I had no choice but to send back, have opted to pay the extra money for some clarks ones hopefully they are better fit and standard. Also will not buy from this site as you pay for delivery and then pay for the return, to be honest not really good. Shame as the boots looked lovely

Although my order arrived promptly, the shoes were damaged (the suede at the toe of the left boot had quite a deep and noticeable scratch). I would have returned and exchanged for a new pair had I not needed them urgently. I then thought i'd buy an additional new pair but they were out of stock so I'm guessing my scratched pair were the last in stock which Shuperb sent regardless knowing they were damaged.

Lots of glue on both boots in addition I noticed a small tear on upper which again was hidden deliberately by glue. To summarise, very poor quality and will definitely will not use this company ever again.

I had one pair of these shoes before and found them comfortable. This time I bought two pairs. Opened one box and started wearing one pair. Build quality is still good. I find the flap below the velcro straps on my right foot slipping left. The strap then slips to the inner side of my foot that makes it very uncomfortable. It appears as though the shoe maker did not align the flap correctly before stitching. Whilst I like the material and build quality of the shoes, I feel disappointed with the carelessness of the shoe maker and all those involved in quality control to the point where the product reaches the consumer.

I was very unhappy with your customer services dept because I had to ring up to chase my order after 3 days, the first person I spoke to said he would ring me back with a reason for late delivery but failed to do so, the second person was much more helpful, he explained that the goods you were supplying to me were not up to standard and new ones had to be ordered from the manufacturer,why no email to explain this. your products are good that is why I came back a second time, someone should investigate the customer services dept. Good Customer Service is the foundation of every company, kind regards john tomlinson

Good price, fast delivery, awful returns policy and poor customer service when contacted. Communication also not great - no recognition of received package, poor turnaround time, current customers not being prioritised over new sales, and lengthy and unnecessary 'processing' time. I will not be recommending or reusing.

Disappointed. Ordered 2 pairs of dessert boots. Size 7. The right boot of one pair was much tighter (width ways) than the other. Returned over a week ago. No communication back. Waiting a response. The other pair fit okay, but have created blisters and aren't particularly comfortable. Previously bought Jack and Jones dessert boots from Shuperb and these were fine.

I am still waiting for my refund as unfortunately the boots did not fit. I would have thought that after two weeks it would have been processed. However, when boots arrived they were exactly what I ordered just unfortunate that they had to be returned

Hi Guys, To save me writing another bad review, I suggest you get things done correctly. I gave you bad feedback last time because you simply forgot about me and only the bad criticism got me the goods. Despite that, you have sent me a wrong package.  I have received a Freddie 0?/165/091 which appear to be slippers and not what I had ordered. The order was for Freddy mens lace up lightweight.  Can you please resolve this issue as I don't think you really want another bad review. Happy to return the slippers or as a sign of good faith on your part, you could allow me keep them for all the trouble caused with my order. Many thanks Merryl
