unfortunately the product was far too narrow, this was the first time I tried E/ EE fit and it was not successful for me. In future I will choose something that is specifically for EE fit

The zip on the right shoe broke after first wear. This is my fifth purchase at Shuperb and first complaint.

I bought shoes from your website and the shoes is hitting my heel I sent you a picture via email but you do nothing for that.

The shoes on your website were pictured and described as black & white. They are not they are black & cream/beige. Very disappointed as the shoes were for my brothers wedding to match his black & white suit but they don't match because they are not white. We feel we have wasted our money and been mislead.

Great item, great price and fast delivery. Told lots of friends and family of great price slippers ordered not on sale just normal priced. went on site to get another pair and price had doubled!

No sign of shoes for two weeks, rang up and was told they hadn’t got my size after all. Claim to have emailed me but no email came, (checked trash and deleted messages). Said they were resending message whilst I was on phone. No message came. Offered me replacement shoes in a totally different style. Unacceptable. Asked for a full refund. Very very shoddy way of treating people.

24 hour delivery took 3 working days, meaning I got the product later than I hoped, having a knock on effect on the intended use. I specifically chose shuperb as they offered fast delivery. When I asked for the postage to be refunded, it was desputed by customer service that 3 working days (Sunday to Thursday) was not acceptable for 24 hour delivery option. After my third email threatening to then refer the matter to eBay with Royal Mail tracking info as evidence, I was refunded the £5.99 postage but was not contacted with any acknowledgement. I'm sure I can use the shoes again in the future so I have kept them despite not being able to use them for the specific purpose for which they were bought.

I wasn’t happy with the item and returned it for a refund as per the instructions and, aside from poor communication from the seller, a week after receiving the item back I still haven’t received a refund or been made aware of the time scale for said refund.. Not the best customer communication...

slippers ordered were an L .... and way too small for a normal size 6. Disappointed as they were a gift. I had to go out last minute to purchase a proper size L which cost me more. On the plus side they fitted my daughter who is a size 3/4!!!! So definitely not a 5/6 or 6/7 size!

I've worn these slippers for just a couple of weeks, and I've noticed that the upper is coming away from the sole on the Right slipper, not very good quality! Can you rectify this issue.

Ordered a pair of yachtmaster canvas shoes with no lining as per eBay description and picture I received a pair with white cotton lining.I have returned these and a week after you have received these back still not had a refund through PayPal.I have rung numerous times but still have not received refund.All this is very frustrating as none of this is my fault!

Shoes are a Christmas gift so they haven't been tried on yet, I am disappointed because I was told by shuperb they won't exchange if size is wrong, really hoping they fit as it's a lot of money to waste.

Article was returned due to not being suitable, but getting a refund is taking way to long. Today’s email confirms receipt of the boots but advises that my refund could take up to an unacceptable 14 days. When I purchased the item I paid immediately and I expect the same for my refund. Poor show

Shoes delivered late, then after wearing them for 4 hrs a day, the 5th day, the strap has broken off one of them, I have emailed regarding this twice with no reply, of how to amend this.

I thought this review was premature dropping into my inbox. These boots were paid for 16 Nov. Some 16 days ago. They were not quality checked before despatch and were defective. After lots of pictures being sent by myself you agreed to replace. BUT I have had to wait too long for a replacement pair. Surely you should have sent these as a matter of urgency!!! As of today 2dec still NOT here. Very poor service
