“Happy to have a new pair of slippers due to puppy chewing my last pair. I am still getting used to them as they feel as if they are on the wrong feet. At least they keep my feet warm.”

“Shuperb made me happy by offering the model boots I was looking for, but my happiness disappeared when they turned out to be way too large. I've been wearing a size 42EU for half a century which, according to your size chart, corresponds with a size 8UK. Well, it doesn't, not by a long shot, and as shipping boots back and forth until I get a pair that fits is too costly, I decided to ask for a refund which I understand is on its way. So okay on the business side, but not quite okay with your sizing.”

“I am very happy with the slippers that I ordered the only down side is that they come up very small so had to exchange for a bigger size but can't comment yet on size and fit as they are for a Christmas present”

“I am a big fan of brogues and I had ordered a pair of Scimitar STEWART Leather Brogues Shoes since similar ones are not freely available in India. I liked the design on the Shuperb website and ordered the product. The customer service person was very helpful and the product was delivered much earlier than I anticipated. Unfortunately, it was below my expectations. The shoes are actually very average, without the fine finish which other makers like Clarks have, and I could clearly see imperfections in the way the leather edges were cut. Moreover, the shape is not very attractive as the shoes have a 'bulging' appearance and I felt that the photo on the website is quite deceptive. Although it is a correct fit for size 8, I find it difficult to tighten the laces fully as the flap under the eyelets rub hard against my foot causing pain and discomfort. The PVC soles are noisy and not safe on smooth floors as they tend to slip. I have already had 3 near falls. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product. Unfortunately for me, I had to shell out nearly 80 pounds for a product priced at 26 pounds! The delivery charges were 23 pounds and the rest was import tax duty for India. To sum up, it was not worth it, sadly.”

“So,okay this another review and I have to say the customer services were absolutely fantastic in dealing with my order. James and Alicia thankyou so much The thing that happened was as follows...I ordered the shoes and there was a problem with the ware house and some sort of communication breakdown ... Leaving me being kept out of the loop. I am really pleased with the shoes and would have no hesitation in ordering again from Shuperb”

“The purchase and delivery process was very good. Unfortunately, the shoe doesn't fit as the front strap is very, very tight across the toes. This is a bit surprising as my foot is average to narrow width.”

“Delivery was a nightmare partly due to using Pay Pal and customer service was less than helpful . This is the my second pair of Earth Spirit sandals same design. They look good but are wider and not as comfortable as the first pair, unfortunately rubbing badly under the ball of the left foot.”
