“Within wearing just 2 days the boots are rubbing at the seam, very unusual for such a quality boot. Seems like a manufacturer fault in design”

“Love my Jana boots, I made the mistake of buying other boots last year that were just too big and uncomfortable but couldn't return them to where I bought them after wearing outside. So glad these size 8s fit perfectly and are so comfortable and warm. Ordering and delivery was easy. Happy customer.”

“I paid for next day delivery £12 and they arrived today more than a week late. I did chase the delivery last week. I wanted a refund for the extra charge for postage I had paid. I called the company this week when the boots (v nice hush puppies) finally arrived. Sonel the person who answered the phone was excellent. She remembered my case from last week and immediately arranged for a refund. So I have updated my review from negative to positive. Thanks to Sonel’s excellent help!”
