“This is a Chinese company it is a sham, they don’t interpret English well, and they do not care after you have made your order. The quality of the goods sold is very good, but God help you if you need an exchange issue. As the Vietnamese used to say “We no bic”. Which is English for screw you.”

“Tried to exchange purchase for a larger size. Either customer service does not understand English or they are Crooks. The 60 day refund is not working well either. Since I could not work out an exchange. I tried to have them credit my money back and I would mail them the product back and reorder a larger size that is not working out well either. Customer service said I could pay them extra money, to a PayPal account and they would make an attempt. You cannot pay PayPal without an invoice or product number.”
“They sent over the wrong size and refuse to admit they messed up and won’t fix the mistake. According to there logic , a large in Asian is a small on American. I ordered 2 sets , both small. One set came small as ordered. Good, as if should. They other was tagged large. If we’re based on that logic BOTH my items should be tagged the same. Not the case. The small fits as expected and the large is large. They refuse to admit someone messed up and send the wrong item.”

The company assured me that they would be delivered by the 22nd. The delivery company said they would be delivered by end of day the 27th.
That deadline came and went - and still no product!!!

“Ok. Here it it is. My one and only Daughter’s Bridal Shower was August 29th. I ordered an outfit at a cost of $329. They were late in Delivery (over 3 weeks), a, failing supply chain from China. Worried, I then spent $845, ordering another trousseau outfit from Natori to get it in time for the Party and Guess what? It arrived within 3 Days!! I went through the process of back and forth, requesting reimbursement with SilkSilky, for over 2 months. All they kept submitting was the Tracking Number, which was the first the first thing I checked. Never signed for, but perhaps delivered. This has been VERY STRESSFUL. Be very wary of NINA and AIMEE, their very WEAK Customer service GROUP. They continually send in my ASK the Tracking #, which I had but NEVER SIGNED FOR The Produce. Finally, my last Communication with Nina, she proposed us sharing the cost for this debacle. Asked for $117, if I would submit my PayPal Account Number, pass word and she would pass it on to to Staff to facilite the reimbursement !😳 I kid you not. Needless to say, I wanted NO Part of this. Lost my $, but learned a Lesson, not do business in a supply chain that includes China. Always late and always Dissappointing. This Company seems to j Peace☮️”
