“The customer service on this site is terrible! The sizing is inconsistent, so I ended up having to return 2 of the 3 items I purchased, and oh boy did I have to work for it!
It took so many back and forth emails for them to even give me the details to return (and they take usually 2 business days for a response so it was incredibly frustrating when they’d finally come back and say, did you just want to keep the item instead?). Then when I finally received the details and returned them, it again took soo many back and forth emails for them to find my return. Once they had, they said it would be 3-7 business days for my refund. I didn’t get one for 10 business days.
The quality of their items is good, but I feel there would be so many better places with similar prices to purchase from that wouldn’t be so poor and dodgy with their apparent willingness to refund if needed.”
“Sent wrong merchandise to start with. Their sizes vary radically as well. See pics of two XS pajama sets. Completely different sizes and both XS. The fabric quality and color is not what they advertise. And you will NEVER be able to return merchandise or get a refund. Fake addresses if you can even get an address from them. These people are LIARS and COMPLETELY UNETHICAL in every area of business. AVOID SILKSILKY AT ALL COSTS. They are a nightmare company. I am disputing my purchase through PayPal because I have a 0% chance of refund going directly through SilkSilky. If you purchase without protection your money is gone forever!”

“Probably one of the worst products I've ever bought online. Super super low-quality fabric. Definitely not worth the over $100 price point. I ordered men's silk pajamas for myself. They were basically made for children or really small people. Sizing is not true to size. The pajamas were so wrinkly and misshapen, and they came in a paper bag. YES, a PAPER BAG!!! Plus their return policy is terrible. They can refuse your return if they don't want the product back, or if they don't "think" it's in a resaleable state. And you have to pay for your own shipping.
