“I bought two cowl neck tops, both size small. One was a good fit, the other was a totally different shape and size. Returning is at buyers expense. From Australia cheapest post is $38.65. For a top bought for $88 its not worth it. Lesson learned, read reviews first from a company not associated with Amazon.”
“Silksilky is terrible. I received a pair of their pajamas for my birthday this weekend. I weigh 163 lbs and am 5’10. The XL is too tight across the chest and the waistband even though the size guide suggests that a large would fit. I asked customer service to allow me to exchange for a different, looser style and I was willing to pay any difference. They wouldn’t honor my request even though the gift insert says they will help process the exchange because the gift giver allegedly bought the pajamas more than 30 days ago. Obviously this is not something I have control over and it doesn’t matter because they are still selling the exact same in-stock item. What a waste of money and honestly between the sizing issue, pricing and customer service, the company feels like a scam.”
“Horrible company,I have spent several hundred dollars from this Silk Silky.They are dishonest,I bought a silk camisole for a wedding gift.I have bought several camisoles and they had the tag with my size in it.When I recieved the gift for a wedding the tag was cut ou.It was either used and sent back.So I contacted them.They try to tell me they cut the tags out of the size since it is in “Chinese” that is not true.All of my camisoles have the size in it.I couldn’t use this for a wedding gift because the size fit like a small and my friend wore a extra large.They offered me 12% off another order.They are a scam company with not quality silk.The seam came apart on my night gown I purchased.Do not waste your money on this Silk Silky company.I am so discusted because I wanted some silk pajamas and camisoles for my birthday.My husband gave me the money to buy myself these cheap and shotty silk camisoles and pajamas and night gowns”

“Avoid this company. Overpriced and extremely poor customer service. I ordered two sets of scrunchies (ombré). The sets I received bore no relation to what I had ordered. When I contacted the company they told me I had all the colours I had ordered except for one and that they were simply jumbled up. I asked for them to send the missing colour and got the absolute run-around. They kept insisting I accept a discount coupon for a future purchase. I explained that after my experience I would not be buying anything else. Eventually they agreed to send the missing scrunchy although it never turned up.”

“I purchased the nightdress on 18th Feb, it was way too big, even though I used their size guide. Today is 5th April. I paid almost £20 for postage to return, all tracking available. And 35 emails later I still have no refund.”
“This place is a SCAM. I paid good money for a slip for my wedding. It was so terribly made so I asked to return it. Even trying to figure out how to return it was a chore. After they tried to convince me not to ship it back, I paid $20 to send it back because they don’t give a return label. It returned back in the original packaging with tags on and keep asking why I haven’t gotten my refund. They claimed they haven’t determined if it’s in “new condition.” I’m now an extra $20 out from a scam of a company.”
