When I contacted the company they told me I had all the colours I had ordered except for one and that they were simply jumbled up. I asked for them to send the missing colour and got the absolute run-around. They kept insisting I accept a discount coupon for a future purchase. I explained that after my experience I would not be buying anything else. Eventually they agreed to send the missing scrunchy although it never turned up.”

“This place is a SCAM. I paid good money for a slip for my wedding. It was so terribly made so I asked to return it. Even trying to figure out how to return it was a chore. After they tried to convince me not to ship it back, I paid $20 to send it back because they don’t give a return label. It returned back in the original packaging with tags on and keep asking why I haven’t gotten my refund. They claimed they haven’t determined if it’s in “new condition.” I’m now an extra $20 out from a scam of a company.”

“Purchased Men's silk Pyjammas from SilkySilky & wished I had never dealt with this business.
When the Pyjammas arrived I tried them on for fit. Fit was correct. Washed Pyjammas as instructions & dried them in the shade. Wore 3 times for only a couple of hours each time: approx. 6 hours wear time, when I found the seams in the pyjamma pants had torn.
I notified SilkySilky immediately showing pictures of the tears & asked what could be done.
Over more than a month of exchanging emails, in which I was given the opportunity to have a 10% refund to a 20% refund plus numerous discounts on future purchases or pay for the postage of a new pair of pyjamma pants.
I finally agreed begrudingly to a 30% refund after I had asked for my full purchase cost to be refunded.
Never, never deal with this Business. They should not be in business. For customer satisfaction, I should have either had the Pyjammas replaced at no cost to me or had a full refund. This is how you do business. Otherwise you get bad reviews like this that put off potential customers & you do not get a repeat customer. Bad Business practice & your business should be ashamed of yourselves. What a Disgrace.”
“Positive reviews must be fake. I was given pyjamas as a birthday present on 31st Oct, and after 3 wears the seam came apart on the bottoms. I sent pictures on 5th Nov (just outside the 30 day return policy) demonstrating the terrible quality and asked for a replacement. I got a response from 3 different agents, asked to pay £36 to get a replacement item, I declined for obvious reasons, and asked for a replacement with no charge. This was agreed to then apparently rescinded by a Manager. Absolutely appalling customer service and quality of product - bad quality and simply not fit for purpose. Buyer beware!”
“In August 2023 I ordered a dress from SilkSilky, but unfortunately it turned out to be too small.
I packed the dress with a letter in it with all my address details, then I didn't hear anything for 5 weeks and finally i sent an email where the correct dress was, but it turned out that they needed my return tracking number (and unfortunately I don't have those anymore, which was my fault).
After this I sent several emails but they couldn't find my package without the tracking number, always the same answer…
