“They have me the wrong shipping company. I used the tracking number to change my shipping address right after ordering but the correct company didn't get the address change. I told them and they just stopped responding. Now I am out 128 dollars.”

“What a joke. Items were badly fitting so I returned them.
1) They don't provide free returns. I had to pay to DHL the items back to them - Ok fair enough I suppose. At least I'll get my money back and only be out of pocket for the DHL cost.
2) After sending the items back, it took 5 weeks and 15 emails to get them to finally process the refund. Every single time I emailed I got the generic we are checking and will do it in "2 business days" response. They operate like this hoping you'll eventually forget and then they won't have to refund you. Its intentional and calculated. Absolutely pathetic thief like behaviour.”
“I have only purchased from this vendor once. However, I will never purchase from them again! I have been trying to return the items that did not fit me for an extended period of time. They simply refused to provide me with a shipping label. The so-called easy returns that they advertise are not really that easy after all. They will send you email after email asking for information as to the items that you are returning. And at one point those emails will become so redundant that you will lose your cool. After providing the order number and specific name of the items being returned, you will be continuously asked what items you’re returning, why you’re returning those items, send pictures of the items that you are returning. In sum, do not buy from this vendor unless you know for a fact that items you’re purchasing will actually fit you. I am not providing any feedback in terms of the quality of the items I received as it is not applicable in the specific instance.”
“I returned the silk pajama set which arrived AFTER Christmas. Service is polite, but evasive. Nothing is resolved. Difficult to return and now that they have the item, all I get are sweet words and NO action. Do not order from this company!”

“If I could give a 0 review I would. The item took over two weeks to arrive. The day after I received the product, I tried to return the unused item. It has been almost two months , 20 emails, sending in a video of the item and still no refund or address to send it. They offered half money back and to keep the product. I don't want the product and want my full refund as the policy stated was available . This company is a scam. The bonnet isn't even silk. Do not buy this product!!”
“I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. Made a purchase the first week of February for Valentine's Day. I am still waiting for the pajamas set to be delivered. I was told by customer service that the delivery was made. Upon checking with USPS delivery number was bogus. This company is a real RIP OFF. The USPS should do a investigation of silksilky. This company should not be able to do business in the US!”

“Wrong advertisement, sizes are much smaller and I doubt very much that it's actual silk. Returning is a big hassle and they make you settle for other options like a coupon for your next shopping on their site, which you will not want.”
“Bought £75 silk pyjamas for gift - arrived in minute box - totally unsuitable to give as present. Returned them the same day after contacting the company. This was 6th January . Have not been refunded despite umpteen emails saying refund was being processed. Do not buy from them.”
