“Response to my initial enquiry for glass balustrade system was very good with competitive quote and all technical questions answered. Order arrived a little later than delivery date given and came with one post missing. This was dispatched a couple of days later. All worth waiting for, very impressed with quality of glass and posts. Very good value for the money spent. Will be ordering handrails shortly for another project.”

“I am very happy with the handrail,however I was sent only three brackets instead of four.I have contacted your company by telephone and they are forwarding the missing bracket to me.”

“I was really surprised how easy it was to understand and order the stainless steel posts and glass. Everything arrived safely and is really well made and finished. And we are so pleased with how amazing they look. I would recommend their products And would definitely use them again :)”

“Great service, ordered some safety glass for my decking project, very pleased with quality of glass, fits perfectly, driver was very helpful on delivery and a really nice guy. Need to order some glass now for my interior stair case, so will need to be ordering from you again soon. Thank you.”

“We ordered 8 glass panels and 11 stainless steel posts for our garden. We had searched for what we had in mind and came across these guys and they certainly didn't disappoint! From start to finish the service has been excellent, communication has been spot on, delivery was on time, the delivery man was lovely, very friendly (shout out to Peter!). Plus the quality was second to none, we are over the moon with our purchase. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!!”

“The rails themselves were very attractive and easy to mount as they come supplied with all the fittings. They were slightly later on delivery than expected but when I contacted them they were responsive. I would certainly use them again”

“I am u happy with my product. Which pains me to say. I arrived home to find the hand rail just left outside in the elements. Part of the rail was exposed because the packaging wasn’t good enough. There are marks on the wood and also it’s frayed at one end. I have raised this as an issue but still waiting for a response. Also part of the hand rail is rough (assuming it’s not been sanded down properly). In all I am extremely disappointed as what I paid for as previously seen advertised is not what I have received.”

“I received all the components for my balustrade they were all good quality there was a slight delivery issue but they resolved it very quicker and all went well. I would recommend SimpleHandrails.”

“Good quality and delivered on time with a good price, however the fittings are all tightened with an allen key on the rear so once they are fitted if you need to tighten any up because they've worked loose, which they did for me, you have to take them apart to get at the rear. I found this a possible design fault but once sorted it looks really good. I would recommend them.”

“I’ve given 5 stars but I haven’t managed to put the handrail in position yet. But the rail looks good and the copper ends look great. I can’t wait to get it attached to my stair wall. Delivery within a few days and it was well packaged and arrived in good condition.”

“If it had not been for the delivery I would have given a rating of 5 , the quality of the product looks great and the service to order it was easy. The communication and delivery was very poor. If you are waiting for it fitting order 4 weeks in advance, Customer Service is very poor with little communication when trying to get in touch for an update the only person that was helpful was Dan. It took 3 different couriers to delivery the items over 2 weeks. You seriously need to look into the delivery side of your business how can it be cost effective to send 3 Van's with items from the same place?”

“The actual product is well made, and of great quality. I deducted one star because an incorrect order was supplied, and despite contacting the company messages regarding the replacement order were not passed on....to the correct persons, resulting in a mixed level of customer service. I always try to buy British and this company was recommended to me by my joiner, who sang the praises of the products. Personally, I would use this company again, once in touch with the correct person the replacement rail was dispatched overnight....and you cant say fairer than that.”
