“I ordered a powder-coated handrail and delivered a few days later. Well packed to prevent damage in transit. Very high quality, all metal parts including screws are stainless steel. Easy to assemble and fasten to a wall. Looks very good.”

“Handrail is nice quality and was delivered well packaged, though no instructions or guidance for fitting. Fitting the end caps required drilling a hole precisely into the centre of the end of the pole - any tiny fraction of a millimetre out and it really shows afterwards. Would suggest either supplying a drilling template with the rail, or else making the spigot adjustable so it can be aligned. In the end I had to modify the ones that were sent so that I could adjust the alignment. A bit disappointing on such an expensive product. Looks good now it's in though”

Hi John Thank you for your review. All our rails come in kit form to allow customers to cut down if needed. All our fitting instructions are online. I am sorry you have had issues in attaching the end caps, they are really simple to align if you use a rubber mallet they do move over to square up. Any issues please give us a message or phone call. “Beautiful products - really pleased with our new handrail. There were delivery delays however the team communicated well during this and was also quick to respond with updates. So whilst delays are frustrating, I couldn't fault the team at SimpleHandrails.”

Hi Alan, Your handrail was ordered on the 7th April (Saturday) we then had the bank holiday where our factories where closed unfortunately. The rail was delivered on the 19th April which was the 7th Working Day, this was also on your order confirmation and shown when ordering. We are sorry for the longer then usual delivery time but we must say the rail look fantastic. SimpleHandrails.co.uk

“This company provided me with an excellent product - a strong, robust and attractive stainless steel handrail. The brackets were anchored to a masonry wall with the right length screws and wall plugs provided, resulting in a very solid handrail enhancing safety alongside some external steps. The company despatched my online order very quickly, so the whole process from order to installation was completed in just under three days. First class service with a first class product.”

“All looked good until we noticed what appears to be a paint mark on our new rail. Will have to live with it, I guess, but still disappointing as it’s an expensive item and we obviously wanted it to look perfect.”

Hi Corinna, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. The paint you mentioned on your review, it looks like white paint and there is no reason for this to be on the rail from leaving us. Had you of emailed of called we would have gladly sorted this for you. If you lightly rub fine sand paper on the rail it should sand off for you. Simplehandrails.co.uk
