“I cannot recommend the guys at Simplehandrails highly enough. I needed a handrail urgently in preparation for my father coming home from hospital. I jumped on the live chat on Monday morning and explained my circumstances and the guys went out of there way to have it to me the following day. I offered to pay extra for the delivery but was told that under no circumstances would they accept any money and they would ensure it would be with me in time. By Tuesday lunchtime the rail had arrived and it’s now up - 72 hours from order!! You have made a stressful time so much easier for my family. Oh, and I should also say that the handrail is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for at an extremely competitive price. Thank you simplehandrails.co.uk”

“Delighted with excellent standard of handrails and fittings received. There were a couple of small items missing from fitting pack, great response to my email from SimpleHandrails.co.uk, they had these shipped out to me within a couple of days. Impressive considering today’s environment.”

“Our order for a 3 metre handrail was carried out promptly and to our complete satisfaction. The quality of the oak handrail and stainless steel brackets is excellent. Packaging was in a strong tube with all the required screws etc in box. Highly recommended.”

“The driver only delivered half the order in that he delivered the box of brackets and rail ends but no handrail. The box that was delivered was missing all the screws. The handrail arrived the next day and I'm still waiting for the brass screws.”

“Really great service I ordered on 17 December and expected arrival was the 5 January which with only a few working days before Christmas was to be expected. It arrived the morning of Christmas Eve and allowed me to fit before my elderly mum joined us on Christmas Day. Easy to fit and great quality thanks for quick service which made our day go fab.”
