“Overall, a very good service, but in this case, let down by a concern with the product. - Questions emailed about the product I was looking to purchase, of which I received a swift, friendly and straight-forward reply. - Purchase on-line was straightforward. - Delivery information received via the courier was clear and informative. - The product arrived but contained a Quality Concern, of which should never have been sent to a customer. - I sent a complaint email complete with photographs, and received a reply within 2 minutes from the Managing Director apologising for the concern, and promising a replacement product. - I received the replacement product a few days later which was defect-free. Overall, a VERY good process from point of sale to delivery, let down in this instance by faulty product. However, the service promised and subsequently delivered to rectify the concern was exemplary.”

“Their product standard is very good and their communication with regard progress of your order and delivery is excellent. We had a minor problem with the configuration of the order but the outcome was quickly and amicably agreed. I would certainly use the company again for our next S.S . balustrade requirements.”

“The order arrived promptly, beautifully packaged (took me twenty minutes to unpack it!) and the quality of both the walnut handrail and the brass fittings is superb. For an amateur like me, it would have helped to have some simple instructions as to how best to assemble each rail but I managed to work out which screws were intended for which part although the correct alignment of each part took time to sort out accurately. I am delighted with the products.”

“We ordered a white outdoor hand-rail. It was expensive, but that reflected the quality of the product. White powder-coating on stainless steel. You cannot get better than that! Many thanks. Highly recommended”
