“would have given 5 stars but i ordered 2.5 metres and got sent 3 metres, no problem if you have an electric saw which i don't apart from that everything was fine and i am pleased with the handrail”

“Right from when I placed the order we received updates. Handrail arrived packed very well and Tuffnells delivered well within the advised lead time. Delivery driver could have been a bit friendlier but then again they are under a lot of pressure to deliver on time. Would recommend SimpleHandrails in a heartbeat.”

“Seems fine yet to be fitted. Plenty of screws if quite large and brackets ok. Poor delivery system. ( not necessarily your fault but check on delivery supplier)”

“The only thing good I can say is that delivery was quick and the white oak rails are a nice colour although each half do vary both in colour and grain . My main gripe are the fittings they are appalling. Screws for the rail brackets are too short and have very soft heads. The screws supplied for the plugs to go into the wall are too long for the raw plugs.And the suggested drill size is incorrect. Lastly in my opinion unless you absolutely need 2 sections try and use one length and get someone to assist when fitting as the joining of two lengths is reliant on a piece of plastic that is only a few cms in length .”

“Found this company while searching online and decided to take a chance rather than going to one of the big DIY stores. I'm so glad I did. Called up and spoke to Stu. He couldn't have been more helpful, answering all my questions. I subsequently purchased 2 x solid oak 45cm handrails with antique brass brackets. They came extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I've used clear danish oil on the rails to keep the beautiful natural grain of the wood and they look stunning. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again or recommend them.”
