“Wood handrail is beautiful wood but what was disappointing were the silver end trims. The silver ends have grooves in but nothing to wind/catch onto at the end of the rail, they come off quite easily. They needed something like a little screw fitting to fix to the wood. The items were not cheap so I would have expected more secure endings.”

“Stainless handrail was excellent quality and finish, a nice heavyweight product. Due to wall studwork positions I required custom bracket spacing, Simply handrail customer service were happy to oblige and the finished product fitted perfectly. My mother-in-law is very happy with the railing. We would use simply handrail again. Excellent company”

“Goods fine, no issue - problem was delivery. I hadasked specifically for the delivery NOT to be made on a particular date (spoke to an assistant on phone) as I knew I wouldn't be there. But whoever wrote it down got it wrong and delivered it on that very day!! Luckily for the driver my neighbour spotted the lorry and was able to deal with it. Please make sure you double check with the customer that you have the right information. Inconvenience caused unnecessarily to an unwell neighbour.”

“Ordering of a glass balustrade Simple range) was easy and communication good. Glass was delivered ahead of the remaining items but all was delivered in and around 10 days. All s/steel was highly polished, posts grade 316 and also as advertised everything was ready to install. Glass clamps works a treat and everything fitted perfectly and on top of that was the best price found. Definitely recommend.”

“Placed an order on 22 04 2021 Half the order arrived very prompt the other half went missing .contacted simplehand rails they said would resend got conformation on 07 05 2021 would receive it via DHL on 10 05 2021 still not received it parcel has gone missing again still trying to get half my order 19 days later.”
