The best service I could have asked for. It is very affordable and very convenient. The customer service is phenomenal. They respond very quickly and the doctors are very helpful in providing feedback if there are any questions. I’ve been using simple health for two years and it’s been one of the best decisions!

Love Simple Health! Very effective communication. My insurance was being difficult and Simple Health was successful in dealing with them and getting me the birth control I wanted. After approval, the subscription process was easy and now my prescription comes to my mailbox monthly and on time.

This service is awesome! I broke my ankle which caused me to miss my annual gyno appointment. Because I couldn't go, they would not refill my prescription...not even for a few months until I could walk and drive. I have been using this service since then. I don't mind paying until I get back in to see the doctor. Simple Health literally saved me!!!

Simple Health has made my life so much easier. They got me my preferred pill and ensured I didn’t receive a generic option as those had previously caused migraines. Service is fast and reliable, I highly recommend

Always a good system for birth control & they also can send supplements, other medications, & other forms of birth control. it’s nice that you can talk to a doctor as well if you have any questions.

Simple to use and fast service. No longer have to schedule an appointment, commute and pay copay just to get a script. If I need an anual exam I’ll see a doctor in person. But just to get birth control, this is the simples way.

So far, I am not impressed. When first trying to setup a subscription, I had to text the team to make sure they had received my messages in response to the doctor's questions. I didn't get a response the first time, and after the follow-up, it was noted that they didn't in fact send my responses to the doctor. This caused a delay in processing. Later on, I had trouble with a different generic medication I was prescribed. I sent a message describing my horrible side effects and was told someone would get back to me within 5 business days. That came and went, so I had my prescription filled at my local pharmacy instead. I notified the SimpleHealth team of that fact to keep them in the loop and STILL did not receive a response. There is no care, compassion, or sense of urgency with this company and I do not plan on continuing a subscription with them.
