“The movers arrived on time and were ready to work. They took our guidance seriously and worked promptly. They moved the two very heavy large format printers without damaging them or the two houses involved. They did a great job and SML will be the first place I will call whenever I need help moving.”

“Although the move was delayed about an hour, both the movers where very efficient and productive. When I move again I would like to request Ryan and Brian. They were pleasant and made for a less stressful day.”

“I request three professional movers. Two movers arrived on the job. The two movers worked consistently but one mover clearly had more experience than the other. Many times the more experienced mover had to instruct the less experienced mover on how to load pieces onto the dolly or pack the truck. Although I received a 10% discount for dissatisfaction, a manager stated that out of consideration for the missing movers the rate was lowered to the two man rate. I take issue that the rate difference was not a concession because there was no reason for the rate to be for 3 movers when 2 did the work. Even though the rate was lowered I contend that the number of hours to get the job done was higher than it should have been if the third mover had reported to the job as planned.”

“I've hired a lot of loaders and unloaders in the past 20 years and I must say these guys were the most professional and efficient guys I have ever had!! I have hired people through your service before that made me scared to use the service again, but these guys restored my faith in Simple Moving Labor!!!!!”

“The day of our move was rainy, and my response takes that into account, but the crew could've been more careful in those conditions. A few items touched the wet/muddy ground (master bed mattress), one piece of wooden furniture rec'd a minor nick, and the new master bedroom wall was scratched by a bedframe. I've had excellent experiences with SML crews in the past, but this one wasn't on par with the others. Thanks for accepting feedback. Chip”

“Canceled the order for the night before for unloading the truck, my son unloaded the truck and was still charged $110 for canceling . I won’t be using SML again and won’t recommend to anyone”

“I give SML a 10 plus on loading in Florida, working were exact on time, very very professional on loading, courteous, and friendly as well as our unloaders at our new home in calif. I would highly reccomend SML to anyone who is getting ready to make a move.”

“Slow start for 2 guys. Spent time trying to talk to our family while we needed to hurry and get on the road. One packed the truck and the other did most of the loading.”

“Moving is an intimidating task. Our moving crew couldn't have been more efficient, effective, or helpful. They worked diligently, packed more into the truck than I could have imagined, nothing was damaged - Wow! And they were so polite and friendly, and kept us laughing instead of stressing out. Great job, I couldn't have been more satisfied.”
