“The first crew was Ok, not as professional as I would of liked. They worked like they were hourly. And towards the end they werent all working. The older worker was good at packing. Our second crew to unload was great professional and worked hard.”

“Although the movers work orders were not accurate on either end of our move, it was likely due to time zones. But, does reflect poorly on the company as a whole. With that said, the movers were on time and performed better on the front end than the back end of the move. SML does not move pianos, yet both companies hired by SML do move pianos. This should be looked into. No one is going to leave a piano behind, and will likely find another company to make that happen. All in all, the customer service was very good with SML. They make sure you are well taken care of.”

“Great people, very fast and strong and moved everything quite rapid. Only problem was that they put heavy boxes on top of light ones and got some of my stuff a bit squashed.”

“The Movers assigned did a really good job. I was surprised to be getting billed for travel time for these movers to get to the house site. This was not disclosed prior to the finalization prior to the move. Otherwise the rating would have been "Very Good"”

“We got movers and paying was simple so for that we give 3 stars. But the movers we got were not professional at all but they did get stuff unloaded even though I had to start unloading things myself while they kept taking breaks and pictures of my stuff and the work that had been done”

“I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the loading crew; I have only the highest praise for them. I explained the fragile nature of my goods, and they were consistently careful and diligent in the handling of everything. The goods filled only half of the truck, but the crew was careful and inventive in both arranging everything and tying it all down to prevent movement during transit; and in fact there was no shifting of the cargo during the 2400 miles that I drove the truck from California to Tennessee. Finally, they completed the job in just 2-1/2 hours, which was about half the time that I had estimated that it would take. Throughout the process, they were friendly, courteous, careful and considerate of my needs. I am very pleased with my decision to engage the SML crew; they were a credit to your company.”
