“One mover was injured half way through, I had to move the rest with the other mover. My back is shot and I have not been refunded or contacted about this. I’m paying full price for 50% work. U said u were sending me professional people but you just sent me kids who don’t not know how to pack a truck. I was a call from you to discuss this. I have pictures to prove this.”

“I used Load and Unload Service. Load Crew left a mirrored door to an Armoire in the garage and on the unloading process, found 3 boxes marked Fragile-Glass at the bottom of the stack. They also came at 11:30 AM, when they were supposed to come between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. When I asked them why they were late, they told me that as long as they came at 11:30 AM, they are on time. They told me they were done loading and wanted me to sign the contract as complete. I signed and then gave them a tip. I did not check their work and that was my mistake. I called SML and told them of the situation, all they could do was to give me 10% off. Not right, in my opinion, they did not fulfill the contract. I spent 3 hours of my driving time unloading and loading the door and then the things I took off the truck. Some of the knots were loose and I had to tie the ropes tighter. I saw that some of the knots were loose and show them how to tie tighter. They tied the same knot and before I left I left for the new house, re-tied them. Unload crew was excellent They were scheduled at 10:30 AM and were there little before. They unloaded without a problem. I would rate crew as poor and unload crew as excellent, so it was acceptable.”

“The 2 gentlemen that unloaded our household goods were hearing impaired, but that proved to be no problem at all. They were kind, gentle with our furniture, and easy to guide where the furniture was to be placed. They had us unloaded in a very short time and were a pleasure to work with.”

“The movers were great! I had some spider issues in the unit I was moving out of and they were very patient with my fear and helped me clear off the spiders before loading into the moving truck! They were on time, friendly and very quick! Thank you for the help!”

“furniture was loaded incorrectly causing it to be delivered to the wrong location. All furniture was marked according to the 2 stops and specific instructions were given. My son is now without his dresser and bookshelf”
