Do not order from. Have tried four times now for a courier to come and pick up my returns and they have still yet to appear.

Ordered 7 items, one turned up. All other items I never received. I had to follow up by email to find out where my remaining items we, to be informed they had been returned... Not by me, I never saw them. Had to follow this up again to obtain a refund. Poor customer service, terrible delivery service. Never had these issues when it was Figleaves. Ocera, I will never purchase from them again. Customer service - non existent. Delivery service - terrible. Follow up procedures - poor to non existent.

Sizing is wrong, sent me two T-shirt’s instead of the item I actually ordered, order was late after paying next day delivery. Customer service is awful. They don’t understand why I’m so upset and my confidence is knocked

Items ordered and returned in December 2019, sent back to me 18 months later with a letter saying they were returned outside the 28 day returns time. Decision is final, cannot be appealed. I haven't used them in 12 months because of poor account management. Missing deliveries, paying extra for fast delivery that doesn't arrive. Would not recommend to anyone.

The jeans I ordered were very rough around the edges. Very shoddy. The stitching was sticking out down the side of one leg. I was very disappointed considering the price.

I did have account with these but I'd never recommend them after this. I was paying my account every month more then they wanted and they went along and closed my account down and said I had to go to a debt management team to pay what I owed.

Got accepted for credit,but logged in today and says no credit and that I ow all the balance in one go,iv had the account for over a week so why say I got credit then do this

Ordered 7 sets of pyjamas for family members as Christmas gifts last November, had various delivery dates, 4 sets came before Christmas and 3 were delayed which wouldn't be a problem if I were told when I ordered them however I went through live chat and was assured the remainder 3 would be delivered before Christmas, by the time it was figured they wouldn't be here on time it was to late for me to get them elsewhere. the final sets were delivered mid January. I was disappointed and embarrassed not to be able to give as gifts for Christmas. they came over a total of 4 deliveries. Took the order say they will be here and fail to produce. If I walk into a store and they never had all sets I would have gone elsewhere, felt messed around by such poor service.

I placed my first and only order and thought all was ok until it arrived. I’d ordered two dresses, one dress was received but in the wrong size to what I’d ordered and the other dress didn’t arrive and instead I received a pair of shoes which hadn’t been ordered. I rang customer services and they were less than useful and rude. They said if I wanted the dress that hadn’t turned up I’d have to order it again as they couldn’t track it and as for the wrong sized dress I’d have to reorder that again in the same size and return the other for a refund as they don’t do exchanges. I sent both the dress and shoes back for a full refund and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again!!

Big con said I had 125 pound credit so ordered some boots and oaid 28 pound difference on card then 4 days later said I hadn't been approved but havent got my money back either

Absolutely appalling service, I had my account suspended due to fraudulent activity, this in reality is a good thing, the problems started when I contacted simply be regarding this, because I hadn’t checked my account for a couple of weeks I wasn’t aware of this, no email or telephone call from them advising me of this,I explained to customer service several times explaining what had happened and the last lady I spoke to was more than helpful, I emailed the “investigation team “ again only to receive an email back saying we have received your email and please do not email us again, this is being dealt with, this has been ongoing for 6 weeks. Obviously still no response.

I ordered a laptop said it was due to be delivered end of November,Two days later I received an email that my order was cancelled with no reason given so I ordered another more expensive one,It arrived faulty and didn't work,i'm in the process of returning it now!

Delivery not arrived .. after numerous contacts Customer Services want to POST me a form in 7 days and will investigate once I return it! Investigate what? They can see on the system it wasn't delivered. Refund me, don't mess me about! It is MY money .. and I have spent hundreds of pounds over the years with them. Never again ....

This item arrived damaged to me. I emailed as soon as I opened it sent photos. Refund was agreed so I returned it. Only to have quality department send it back saying it was damage they then took the refunded money out of my account! I did not cause the damage! Have now paid off account and closed it. Will never shop with them again and I used to buy loads!

I have always loved Simply Be and the clothes. But my recent experience has been totally eclipsed and shall never use them again. I ordered a large haul and needed to return some items. I also ordered 2 of the same item by mistake. When I checked my refund status an item was missing so I decided to call first mistake. My phone bill was £16 for 1 call.... But after several emails they refunded this. I have now had an item sent back to me stating they cannot give a refund as it has been worn.A very short terse note added inside.I feel quite embarrassed that they think I would send soiled clothes back. I have checked it and can see it has soil marks on it. But I have never worn this as the garment was too big. All I can assume is I was sent a soiled item initially and now I'm being stuck with it. If I challenge it only makes me look guilty!! Really made me think who has worn my clothes before me. A phone call would have been appreciated so i could have given my side.I should have been more thorough in my checks when they arrived.I am really miffed. Lesson learned can't be bothered to chase this up as they don't reply to emails and it will probably cost £500 to call them 😂🤣

Possibly the worst company I have ever ordered from. My friend recommended Simply Be after I told her I was hoping to build up my credit score. I made an account and was given a £150 initial credit limit to spend. I ordered 2 items and they came to £282.50 so I therefore agreed to use the £150 they said I could spend and pay the additional £132.50 on my card with views to clear the balance on my account before it was due and therefore eventually improve my credit score. I received an email confirmation with my parcels on and delivery date to then get a text 15 minutes later saying it had been cancelled. I have been sat on chat speaking to an unbelievably unhelpful and blunt customer service team member for an hour now. My order was cancelled by credit control apparently which is "a formality" - if this is a formality, the money shouldn't have left my bank account. I have asked for the £132.50 to be refunded immediately to which I've been told it'll take 3-5 working days but am also being told I have £132.50 to spend on my account now. Never known anything like it. Prior to ordering I received emails saying I had the £150 to spend. I strongly advise you to avoid. It is unfair and misleading.
