“Very happy with the canvas. Good quality and colours as expected. Only gripe is that the delivery address was wrong. It was part delivery address and part billing address so I had the hassle of having to contact the delivery office to get this sorted out”

“My print arrived very quickly. But the box it was in was damaged,the top ripped open holes in the side of the box, despite having fragile tape wrapped around the package. Upon removing the one layer of bubble wrap we found that the print had been dented and the canvas stretched. I have emailed Simply Canvas about this ,and as of yet have not heard anything back from them. 1day after sending . Hopefully they will reply and sort my problem out quickly and smoothly.”

“Very quick service. However I thought the canvas would be ready to hang, but it wasn't, which perhaps I misread on the website, there were no canvas brackets on the back of the canvas for hanging, unfortunately my local shops in town do not stock them, so ended up ordering some canvas fixing brackets via the internet! I would have happily paid a reasonable price from Simply Canvas for the canvas brackets if realised there were no fixings included. All said, the canvas is very good and would order from Simply Canvas again.”

“Overalll very good, delivery was quick and the product is of a good quality some points you might want to improve on:- * The first confirmation order states you are Xmas break and to allow 5 days for delivery, this was incorrect xmas was 6 weeks ago * The 3rd email stated that the parecl had been dispatched by Yodel, this was incorrect it was dispatched by interlink * Your terms and conditions No5 faulty goods states that goods must be checked on delivery, this is generally not practical and our delivery driver disputed this as was in a hurry to get to his next drop therefore to spend time opening and inspecting the product is encouraging a conflict situation.”

“Good quality canvas and vibrant, crisp colours. Website does state that ready to hang. However this is not the case. Doesn't ready to hang mean the cord is already fixed to canvas!!!”

“I was pleased with the images as they complemented the colour scheme and ambience of the room. I would have preferred the designs to have been printed directly onto the canvas rather than being printed on paper and stapled to the frame. I ordered two pictures. I thought the price was reasonable. They arrived quickly. I was kept fully informed. The process of ordering and paying was straightforward.”

“After ordering on line I wanted to change my order and Simply Canvas could not have been more helpful in altering the consignment. The whole ordering and delivery system is first class with regular email updates. Unfortunately, the pictures we ordered were only ok and rather underwhelming so we were a little disappointed. The quality was fine and they were as described but if we had viewed them in "real life" rather than only on-line we probably would not have bought them. That was our fault.”
