“I love my new BAM case! Customer service was exceptional as I had ordered a case that arrived with some minor damage. I returned the case with no fuss and now I have an even better case that somehow makes my violin sound even better! Thanks Simply for Strings-always a pleasure dealing with you. “Usually very good but as I was restringing my granddaughter's violin for her special birthday, the top quality e string snapped before I even had a chance to tighten or tune it! Disappointing.”

“Incredible knowledge and explanations from Josh about violins, bows, rosin and strings. Awesome service in helping me find a new case, bow, rosin and strings. Highly recommend to anyone who has a violin or any string instrument of service to check you guys out. (Also, Sophia was great too and very welcoming and friendly). Thanks guys”

“Both my daughter and I had a great experience shopping for a replacement string set for her Allegro 7/8 cello. Michael was patient, and knowledgeable + answered all our questions. In the end - my daughter decided on the Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold Cello D, C, G Strings 4/4 and Thomastik Versum Solo Cello A String 4/4. Extraordinary service and great price with the current stringtember promotion. I recommend anyone thinking of replacing their instrument strings and not sure which suits best ... to book the 'Green Room' experience :-) Thanks again Michael for taking the time to help us with choosing the right strings and appreciated your expertise & guidance.”

“Helpful and friendly service. I've been to Simply for Strings twice now for accessories for my kids and have found the staff there to be efficient and helpful. The staff were honest and practical and didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. The shop itself is in a beautiful setting more akin to a yoga studio than an instrument shop!”

“Joe was so responsive to my request for a full size violin rental! He called me when it was ready to pick up and took the time to explain every aspect of care for the violin - which was really important as I am a lay person. Best customer service I’ve had at any store in ages! Thank you Joe.”

“I'm a strings teacher and made an appointment with SFS for my shy, early-intermediate, adult student to purchase a new cello - her very first 'proper' cello. Nick was perfect to help her! My student was quite nervous, and although Nick is new to the SFS, he was gentle and accommodating to both of our requests and questions. There was no pushiness from any of the team members and my student is rapt with her new cello and bow. We entered with the goal of her purchasing the cello that would be her 'lifetime instrument' and that's exactly what she left with. Thank you Nick for having us today and spending so much time with us!”
