“Joe was so responsive to my request for a full size violin rental! He called me when it was ready to pick up and took the time to explain every aspect of care for the violin - which was really important as I am a lay person. Best customer service I’ve had at any store in ages! Thank you Joe.”

“Always great service at Simply for Strings, went for new strings and they were easily installed and our Cello tuned. Even got to test out some Cellos in mind for future needs. Staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks so much.”

“I'm a strings teacher and made an appointment with SFS for my shy, early-intermediate, adult student to purchase a new cello - her very first 'proper' cello. Nick was perfect to help her! My student was quite nervous, and although Nick is new to the SFS, he was gentle and accommodating to both of our requests and questions. There was no pushiness from any of the team members and my student is rapt with her new cello and bow. We entered with the goal of her purchasing the cello that would be her 'lifetime instrument' and that's exactly what she left with. Thank you Nick for having us today and spending so much time with us!”

“Please advertise what's available when payment is processed. The item I purchased was advertised as being available however after I had paid, SStrings emailed saying it would arrive in the next shipment. After 8 business days I had to call to find out where my order was. Item was posted by Australia post who left my order right on the door in plain view of anyone walking past my street. Was expecting more like registered post for something this valuable.”

“We took our daughter’s violin in as something wasn’t quite right with it. Sophia was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem. She also imparted very helpful advice to our daughter to help her maintain the violin and bow. Great service and knowledge! Thank you.”
