“We’ve never had a claim for any of our policies, but we won’t be able to afford to live here anymore after the astronomical hike in rates. What will IOA do when everyone has to leave? The people that buy our property will be paying cash and they won’t be needing any insurance. Seems like you’re cutting your own throat by forcing those of us that live and work here to leave. Who will run the stores and resorts when we are gone? Certainly not the rich oligarchs that will be buying all the vacant properties.”

“I applied for 5 policies. I thought everything was set. The first time I received a call that said the policies needed to be paid for before they could be put into place. After a few calls, that was taken care of. A month later, I get a call saying one of my policies was not paid for. I made several calls and was promised a callback within a certain period of time twice, that didn't happen. I finally made contact with the underwriter and was told I would get a DocuSign that day and that I did not owe money. That was two days ago. I'm still waiting for the DocuSign and the email with an explanation. This was all done on line.”

“Jaime Lopez contacted me regarding my interest in auto insurance. When he gave me the quote and because the quote was so low I became a little hesitant and even suspicious. After doing my homework I did find out that the insurance indeed is legitimate. Throughout the whole process, he was very professional, respectful and helpful to make sure I understood everything. I would not hesitate to recommend him.”
