“This company was recommended by a friend, I did get a great quote but the person handling the quote process was awful. He called and left me 1 message and his call was returned the same day but I had to leave a message (at this point the closing was about 10-12 days out.) I called again about 4 days later, I had to leave a message. A few days later my mortgage broker contacted me and said that the rep emailed her and said I wouldn't respond to any of his efforts of communication. Long story, but I was very disappointed that he 'threw me under the bus' when it was he who had let the paperwork lag!”

“Talked with Russ Dittman explained exactly what I needed. He sent me 3 quotes within 24 hours. Selected one, had him try to get it down a little lower. Sent an updated version and got the policy I wanted at the price I was looking for. Great company”

“I was looking for a better rate for car insurance due to recent increases (due to location, not my driving or credit rating) with the company I had for the past 6 years. I worked with Nicholas Perez at Simply IOA and he was able to get me a much better rate and a policy that I could have for an entire year, rather than just six months. Mr. Perez was very timely in getting back to me to answer any questions I had. I went ahead with the company and the quote he had given me and the process was seamless. I highly recommend this company and especially this agent.”
