Was connected with a good agent and he had good rates for the insurance for home and cars I needed. As this was my first time on this system I didn't realize the approved policies would not come until after a few days and filling in some online forms. After that, it all appeared to go well but I won't know for sure until some more time passes maybe.

Communication by the agent should have been better. I was the one who caught that payment to the insurance was not immediately made because the closing company did not understand how to pay the insurance so I had to pay the insurance and get reimbursed from the closing company. the mortgage company had to request the rider 2 times. There was a delay by the agent in obtaining the insurance.

Representative was very helpful explaining my policy that I wanted to purchase . She was extremely patient with me and quickly followed thru with my quote and payment. She even responded to me on Friday after hours.

I got a scam e-mail stating I’d lost coverage with you, when I’ve never BEEN with you, and now will never consider. Tell your agent, Gail D., in Lake Mary, FL that sending e-mails like that is a very negative way to drum up business. In fact, it has the OPPOSITE effect, and reflects on your entire company and agent business practices. It probably violates a Florida insurance law as well.

We have a manufactured home and our current insurance company was pulling out of Florida. Working with Simply IOA was fast and easy, and they found hard to get coverage. their customer service was excellent and our agent kept in constant contact with us.
