“I was told I was purchasing a one year auto policy turned out to be 6 months Diego was the salesman he refused to talk to me very shady company”

“Samuel was very helpful and finding me insurance. But when I found out that my phone is not compatible and I would not be able to get the discount I called back to cancel and I had to go through three operators before I could accomplish that and actually the third one wanted to transfer me again but I complained to her about being transferred and I wanted someone to take care of this for me so she did and that was very good. I hope that it is canceled cuz I don't want my credit card charged and I'm going to stay with my previous insurance.”

“Was connected with a good agent and he had good rates for the insurance for home and cars I needed. As this was my first time on this system I didn't realize the approved policies would not come until after a few days and filling in some online forms. After that, it all appeared to go well but I won't know for sure until some more time passes maybe.”

“Communication by the agent should have been better. I was the one who caught that payment to the insurance was not immediately made because the closing company did not understand how to pay the insurance so I had to pay the insurance and get reimbursed from the closing company. the mortgage company had to request the rider 2 times. There was a delay by the agent in obtaining the insurance.”
