“Great product , Seriously unbeatable prices , Fantastic customer service , Dawn is a delight to deal with . I priced many other Companies and types of plantation shutters . I was initially a little concerned about the quality of this product because of how much less expensive it’s was . I honestly could not have been more pleasantly surprised and overall satisfied . Only drawback is the time frame from order to install . But if you want to save a ridiculous amount of money for a top notch product . This is the way to go . 5 stars ....”

“The installation was done in a reasonable time of installation. The wait for the shutter was 2 months over promised time, Also the sales representative NEVER mentioned that we would never ever again be able to remove the screens from outside or inside nor open the double hung bottom portion inward effectively enough to clean the windows Also they will not return your calls about solutions, We’ve texted & called many times with NO RESPONSE, Very unprofessional”

“If you are not in a hurry to have your shutters then I would say this company if OK. We ordered our shutters and they were a few months out which we knew, but because of the price we were willing to wait. Well, we waited and when they arrived one of the shutters didn't fit, and we were told there was nothing they could do to fast track our order even though the person who took the measurement mis-measured. We again waited a few months for delivery and when it finally arrived the day of the install, the installers didn't have all the parts. We had to wait to be scheduled yet another time until finally, they got it right. The shutters are beautiful and priced well. It's the service time that is lacking, and this was not COVID related.”

“I ABSOLUTELY love my shutters! I love them so much I ordered the last 3 windows in my house not done in the first order. I had to wait 19 weeks due to Covid, but they were well worth the wait! The install went perfectly. I can’t wait for my kids rooms to be done!”
