The office person, Dawn, did a great job keeping us updated on everything from order, delivery to installing. We love our shutters and would recommend their company to any one looking to improve their home. What a difference Simply Shutters can do for you in giving your home that Happy Feeling!!”

“Prices were excellent. Time from order to installation was a little long, but it was clearly communicated and worth the wait. Installation was great and the installer worked to make sure some windows were fit properly. The only critique that I have is that the installer did not clean after himself. He did have to trim a few times to make sure the fit was ideal. And with this came saw dust. After he left, I went to check everything again and saw mounds of sawdust that I had to clean up. Overall, very good experience. I would highly recommend (and have) to anyone looking for shutters. I would either make sure that installers know it’s their job to clean up or make sure that the customer knows that installers don’t clean up. I’m not sure which is your policy, but clarity on this is my only suggestion. Thanks for the wonderful shutters and I will be using you for any future needs.”

“We were very satisfied with the installation of our shutters. Installers were very polite and did a good job. We also had shutters put in the entrance to a bedroom hallway. They were hung about 18” down from the top and about 18” from the floor. I added small handles so we can use them as doors. Works very well and ties the of the room area together. Very satisfied with our shutters. Jon”

“The sales staff and the in-house staff are phenomenal at this company. The prices can’t be beat anywhere. It did take approximately 12 weeks for the shutters to come in and an additional two weeks for installation but it certainly was worth it. The installation staff was courteous and tidy. If you want great shutters at a great price Simply Shutters is the way to go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quality Shutters for their home.”

“We are very pleased with our Plantation Shutters installed by your company. We requested an adjustment on one shutter and got a quick response. The estimated time of the shutters arrival was delayed which was due to shipping delays but we realize that was out of Simply Shutters control and as soon as they arrived we were put on the schedule for installation.”
