“Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and helpful. They take a while to finally arrive but were worth the wait. I would have given an excellent as a review except for fact that I cannot properly open my windows to clean the outside of them because of the sizing of the shutters. This wasn’t realized till after installation and I went to wash them. Very disappointed at that aspect but otherwise the whole experience was a positive one and I do love the shutters”

I love my shutters and every time anyone asks me about window treatments or about my shutters, I referred them to you. You have a very nice representative, he explained everything to us and we’re happy with the results. The installation was so fast , that I thought definitely couldn’t be right!. But it was! The young installers did a great job and were nice and polite. Thank you for everything and I just hope that if something brakes, you can help jus as well as you have so far. Take care, Mes. “The shutters are as expected. They are good quality and look great. The installation was poor. The shutter frames were poorly trimmed to fit. The caulking was very poor. I can submit pictures for quality improvement if needed. Although I was not pleased with the installation process, I will order again. I will request that I install the shutters myself with a follow up inspection for warranty purposes.”
