“My package never showed up after 20 days. I contacted contact@singleneedletattookit.com asking if my order shipped because the order page still said, “Your shipment is confirmed We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” Tom got back to me and said, “Your order was dispatched to the below address on December 20th Via Royal Mail International This non tracked service takes 5-10 working days. Currently, it has been 3 working days, therefore your item should be arriving soon.” Well it’s 20 days later, and I still haven’t gotten the package. They haven’t responded to my request for a refund. Edit: They got back to me, and gave me a refund. Tom was very polite. Not sure what happened with the shipping, but it was 5 days before Christmas so maybe my package just got lost or something.”

“Very happy with the quality of everything I bought. The only downside was how my purchase was packaged. I ordered a few things including a sharps bin and everything else was shoved into the sharps bin and wrapped up in a bag and tape. Other than that I would recommend purchasing all your stick and poke items from single needle as the value and quality it great.”

Hello, I am sorry that you feel this way. Your item was sent in bubble wrap and a grey mail bag so to ensure the packaging was as discreet as possible. Regarding your items, we used the sharps bin to ensure non of the items could be damaged in transit, as this provides the best protection. I hope this clarifies. Tom

“Website is pretty clear and uncluttered visually, which makes it nice to use. Some product descriptions could do with more info - I ordered a single disinfectant wipe on the assumption it was actually a packet of several. Shipping took a little while.”

“My package came with everything except the recyclable ink cups. There was also a needle size that was not mentioned in any of the two booklets that came with it. Everything else was there and in perfect condition. Would definitely buy from here again!”
